I don't eat McDonald's much anymore. With that being said about once a year or so I stop and get a double cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries. Well, I it will be my last, not just because it's over priced and the quality and quantity hasn't increased with its price but this McDs specifically was like whoa! (Not to mention unhealthy)

Read moreI have been here 2x in the last couple weeks. 1st visit waited extended time for 2 simple value meals. Meanwhile we watched a girl pass our order into 2 cars who refused order. Then she brings us that same bag of food they handed into 2 different vehicles that were still in drive thru while we waited at special parking location as we were directed. Promptly threw the entire bag of food away and left with nothing after discussing briefly with employee who gave us the bag how wrong and disgusting that is especially with all the Covid worries. We informed her we watched her give it to 2 other customers who pawed it over and handed it back...That's NASTY !!!
2nd visit and most recent used drive thru ... waited yet again this time 14 minutes in the parking spot we were directed by employee for a straight off the menu Big Mac and Double quarter pounder with cheese value meals. When we finally get the meals fries and Big Mac are cold being we were actually waiting on the quarter pounder. The napkins put in bag were all wadded up and appeared some were already dirty like they had been set down someplace that wasn't clean. If that's not enough of a hint that this place needs to get their act together .... A few minutes later my daughter texts me( she's riding home with her team), she tells me she ordered and paid for food with a couple other teammates in a combined order and her meal was never put in the bag even though she paid. The group had already left the location so no way to get amends or food and a 2+ hour ride home after a sports event late in the evening. Add all this together 3 strikes... I'd say that's enough reason to give this location ZERO STAR ...and maybe a visit from health inspector (so they don't pass food around b4 giving to the correct customer) and maybe a visit from corp McDonald's as well for some franchise review, training, inspections and performance evals. Read moreWorst management I have every seen. I now drive 14 minutes out of my way to the Raymond McDonalds where management knows what they're doing. This is the thing, every business is only as good as its team. When management doesn't have a clue, a customer can walk in and see it, immediately.
For instance, an older woman in front of me in line, telling the staff they feel sorry for them because they have to listen to the profoundly inappropriate music being played on an employee's phone that was so loud she could hear the disgusting lyrics. The employee agreed and reported that it was the manager's phone.
Another time I was there, I heard a manager complaining about a customer, saying it wasn't their fault that %#^^& didn't know what they wanted to order.
A friend of mine has a teenager who just quit working there who reported a manager stealing from the till, and another manager covering it up, and when it was proven on video to be true, in front of staff, the thieving manager was excused. Staff informed remaining management that if the thieving one stayed, they would leave due to having ethical issues with the way it was being handled. The thief was not only not fired, but scheduled to work with the staff who were uncomfortable with him. Now, staff are dropping like flies and reportedly, my friend's teen who had been offered management there quit the moment she was hired for a better position at a better restaurant, under great management.
Yet another time, I heard a manager making very inappropriate jokes with staff. If this is the working culture behind this particular location, of which I've never seen the like, then it's going to be driven into the ground.
