Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Leesburg

Hey how are you doing . I ordered pizza last night under the name jay .. There's a man who is the delivery person for nights i don't know his name but he has been there for a while now atleast over a year cause he's the same person who comes to the house .. I've tipped him before but he's extremely rude and always has an attitude and bangs on the door like he's the police so i stopped ! I literally go thru the drive thru and tip the lady who's usually there she's real nice .. Anyways not last night but the time before that i told him have a good night thank you . He just looked at me rude and walked away didn't say anything . Me and my man ordered pizza last night and was wondering why we haven't gotten our pizza yet i look outside and the food is on the floor .. For one if you see these apartments complex stairs and ground why would you leave food on the ground if it was not asked . I tried calling as soon as i seen it letting them know that the food was left on the ground which is nasty and by the time i even realized it was on the ground the food was cold .. I told the lady we were not going to be able to eat the food with it being left on the ground and on top of it being cold sauce the man did not even knock to let us know he was leaving it there ! I wanted a fresh pizza to come pick up i also told her i know the man who did it because everytime he comes he's just so rude .. She told me that's she's sorry she isn't from that location she came from lady lake to close for the night that it was nothing she can do !! ?? and told me review that you guys get back fast .. All o wanted was my food reorder seeing i spent the money and could not eat it and a reasoning to why the man is always so rude and left my food on the ground .. Again i don't have his name but he's a man who works there all the time for over a year and delivers at nights and i want to say he wears...

Terrible! Just terrible. I ordered here about one hour ago, they are open late on Saturdays and I was craving pizza so we ordered our food and when the delivery guy got here he could not find our house I had to walk next door to stop him from knocking on our neighbors door. (understandable but I put specific directions) delivery driver was extremely rude and sighed when I walked up like he was annoyed. I got a pizza with LIGHT sauce, Parmesan bites and lava cakes. The pizza was extremely saucy almost like they did it on purpose because we ordered late 😂 the Parmesan bites have absolutely no Parmesan it’s literally just bread and don’t get me started on the lava cakes. I NEVER complain but I’m so annoyed. I tried to call they were STILL open I called 5 times trying to tell someone and they straight up ignored the call and hung up several times. We are spending our money for your business. I work in a restaurant and people walk in 30 mins before we close but no matter what we still give good service because they are SPENDING MONEY! We were ordering pizza, wings, and bacon, jalapeno cheese bread each week for a few months. They charge $4.99 delivery fee and then you still have to tip the driver. The last time we ordered from them it took over 45 mins to get here. (We live 3.5 miles away) The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese (it didn't) And everything was cold. Their website claims that if there is a problem they will make it right. I phoned and spoke to the manager and he just kept making excuses. I told him that I didn't appreciate paying $32 for cold pizza and wings. He did NOT at any point offer to replace or refund my order. The cost of food is getting ridiculous. So when I pay for extra cheese and a hot meal, that is what I expect. Especially since I'm paying extra for delivery, and 25% tip. Goodbye, Domino's,...
