Unbelievable that this girl was left all alone by herself by management/owners? After 15 minutes of her, taking my order, starting my order, then taking other customers behind me’s order. She began to make half of my order, then work on customers behind me. The owners Children which I believe, came in, and I brought it to their attention that they should not leave that girl alone to fend for herself, and give out terrible service. The girl responded to me that Her and her brother were not working, But we’re standing behind the counter after coming in from out back. After the wait, I received my food And my avocado toast had To no seasoning on it at all. All I did was ask the girl if she could put some more seasoning on it and I saw her look at the girl owner And roll her eyes. At that point, I put my food at the counter to the guy owner and said I want my money back. This is ridiculous. He rudely kept calling me “my man” After saying, I got your refund. After another five minutes of “my man” Getting my refund, he did not refund me for my extra shot of espresso, which was another dollar And some change. So after “my man” Told me I did not have an espresso shot on my bill , he found the receipt which in fact I did pay for the shot. After another about two more “ My man’s” Einstein brilliantly figured out how to refund me through two transactions but still managed to short me about $.30 overall. I know it’s not much at all but it’s the pure fact of everything. So basically, I made my girlfriend 20 minutes late to work, Didn’t get her latte and food, And was robbed by two ignorant, privileged, owners children.

We were rudely greeted by the “store manager” to make a line at the second register, we did with no problem and ignored his absolute horrible attitude and rude hand gestures. Then, the cashier messed up my order and when asked to be corrected, the “store owner” called the police to throw us out of the establishment, even though I had not received the order i had payed for. He threatened us (A group of women) multiple times to leave the store, and additionally got physically violent by hitting me with his elbow when I asked to be made the sandwich i had payed for. The other workers seemed very embarrassed by this “store owner’s” behavior and made my sandwich while he was outside crying to the police. Once i received my sandwhich, we kindly left and he proceeded to yell at us on the way out of the store. This is 100% unprofessional, the owner of this dunkin deserves to be fired and put in a mental institution for anger management problems. We called the store afterwards to get the store owner’s name, to which we were responded with “i don’t know, “Beer” or something… we’re busy right now call later” The dunkin franchise should disgrace this business for the absolute horrible service we were provided. I place an order for pick up ahead of time so that I do not have to wait but unfortunately anytime I redeem points I have to go in and get the owner to somehow fix it so that I can get the points redeemed and then I have to wait for the order to be made which is not acceptable because that's why I have a set time to go in which is supposed to be convenient for the customer this morning I went in same complaints I cannot redeem it on my phone app I could not put my converted points order on the order that I am placing and I am told this morning that I have to come back another day to get the two bagels with cream cheese that I converted 1200 points for because they were too busy to do it, evidently it's too busy to even put a straw in a drink today this is unacceptable. I'm sorry but Dunkin' Donuts it's not convenient or their app user-friendly and the frustration that it causes is not worth it you can keep the bonus points that I have I am deleting the app and I will no longer visit...
