Dont waste your money or time buying from Sterling appliance. I should have known when I purchased the washer/dryer and said they were for delivery to my new house 4 months later and after calling to confirm the address they were delivered to the prior address. When the appliances were delivered I got no explanation of how they turned on or worked. Shortly after I began having trouble with what I thought was the dryer turned out thats how it functions. However the washer is another story, i had an error code occur with almost every cycle which would require the machine to be unplugged to restart and an error code flashing. Sterling appliance sent a repair man out however he couldn't replicate the error code and for some reason could not do any diagnostics despite this thing looking like a laptop. So 1 week later after continued problems same repairman came out he was amazing and told me the control panel and suspension was the problem and he was going to order parts. He then changed his mind and decided to talk to his manager as the maching was less then 6 months old at this point. No follow up so i'm left wondering if parts are being ordered or what the next step is. I did call the manufacturer during all of this and was told it needed repair before anything additional could be done despite having a 5 year warranty. So my family has not had laundry at home for weeks now and i was reminded today there are other ways to do laundry. I asked to have a less expensive model $700 less then i paid delivered to my house and was told no. This place is a train wreck and has terrible customer service. Supposedly parts ordered for my washer but who knows if they will show up or this thing will ever work. Save you time and money....
   Read moreI came here in July to buy a dishwasher. The salesman was helpful, and gave me printouts comparing the 3 I liked. I went home and decided which I wanted. A few days later I went back in the store to purchase it, and was told I'd have it delivered in a few weeks. That was fine with me. I received a text on August 10th asking which day was best for delivery. I chose August 20th 9-1PM. I received a text and email confirming that date. On the 20th I waited until about 2 PM and there was no delivery. I called to see if they were delayed and I found out my delivery hadn't actually been scheduled. I was upset since I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate this time and date. I was rescheduled for August 27th. I was also told that someone would call me on the 23rd to follow up. It's now the 29th and I still haven't received a call.

After Home Depot refused delivery because it just looked too hard/they didn’t want to make the effort, several friends and neighbors recommended SA, saying they had good experiences with them. They are local and familiar with the older neighborhoods around here, unlike the national chains. Long story short, Joe M. was a pleasure to deal with, and I truly appreciate that he worked with the delivery/installation team to make sure this happened. It was not an easy delivery, but they got it done and did not give up because it was hard or required some creativity and effort.
