I love papa johns, but this location consistently fails me. Orders take 80 minutes or more and the staff was very rude over the summer when I called to express my displeasure. I'm not sure if that particular staff still works there, but I ended up speaking with a manager who promised to put 2 large pizzas on my account.
I decided to take her up on this tonight (yes about 3 months later, but I was really hoping for a change in staff and service), but when I called, they had no record.
I still ordered because I love papa johns.. Iordered at 5:20ish on a Friday. I knew it might take a little longer than normal since it's Friday, but I'm still waiting, 90 minutes later. The pizza tracker said my order would arrive between 6:09 and 6:19, it's 6:50. I have screen shots showing that my pizza wasn't being prepared until 6:20ish, then on it's way at 6:30.
Like I said, I love papa Johns, but I'll never be ordering from this location again. What a waste.

Read moreRude demeanor on the phone: Asked if I could still carry out since it was after 9pm. Was told yes, upto an hour before we close. I asked when they close; was told the entire weeks schedule...Um okay. Had a few other minor questions; if they had certain soda available etc. Employee’s demeanor on the phone seemed very bothered with basic questions. Called back to add to my order and employee seemed bothered by the fact I added wings.
Rude demeanor at the store: Walked in to what sounded like my pizzas and wings being slammed down on the counter. Tried to pay for my order, chip on my credit card is broken, asked employee if I had to do the normal 3x then swipe. Got a very condescending attitude driven response about “tip on the pad” which wasn’t what I asked.
He at least held the door for me since I had two pizzas, wings and 2, 2L of soda. Thanks for that at least.

Read moreOrdered 3 pizzas 11/21/20... NONE of the boxes had the safety seal (sticker) that guarantees box stays closed & food can't be touched once it's placed in the box. I called the store minutes after delivery and spoke to "Phil, Manager" and he was unconcerned about it and made no offer to rectify the situation but simply said the corporate office has been "slow" to provide an adequate number of the box seals. I reminded him that all PapaJohn's advertising informs customers that food boxes are "Safety Sealed" to guarantee food has not been touched. He was annoyed by the entire conversation and still did not offer any replacement food, credit for a future order or anything else. I suggested they use TAPE as a way to seal food boxes if they have in fact run out of the corporate safety seals! I now have 3 pizzas, not sealed that were tossed all over the place during delivery and I have no idea whether the food was touched or not because the boxes are...
