If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars then I would. Iāve gone to this location multiple times and EVERY single time I get the WORST possible service in the world. My friends and family have said the same. We will literally go to a taco bell 15 minutes+ out of the way just to avoid this location. Today (at 11:30 am) I went through the drive through to buy my boyfriend and I food. The person who answered was immediately rude. I asked nicely if she could give me time to just look at the menu and she said not even a minute later ādo you need help looking at the menuā in the RUDEST tone. I said āIām sorry, Iām looking at the caloriesā and she repeated that again within the same minute without letting me look at the menu properly. After feeling super rushed, I decided to just get food for my boyfriend. I ordered two of the chipotle ranch chicken burrito off the value menu and a baja freeze. She said: A baja what? Then I said āa Baja freezeā Then she yelled A BAJA WHAT? Like I was annoying her? I was speaking at a normal level. Even if I wasnāt, thatās no reason to raise your voice. I told her very calmly that she didnāt have to yell. She said āfirstly, I need you to speak up. I keep asking you to speak upā again.. in a nasty tone. I said āokay but youāre yellingā and she said āBut I keep being repetitive about the same thing. Speak upā raising her voice. What manager speaks to a customer that way? She could have said āIām sorry, could you repeat thatā or really anything nicer but she chooses to yell into the speaker āBAJA WHATā and gets angry for having to repeat something twice? There wasnāt even a car behind me until the very end of this conversation. Zero patience. Zero customer service skills. Then I get to the next window and ask for the name of the person I was speaking to. She said thatās their policy to say that to customers. I said it was the tone and Iād like her name. She said she didnāt know her name because she just started. You donāt know her name? Then I asked for any oneās name and she said she didnāt know anyones name. If youāre in the right, why not share a name? Then I asked for my receipt so I could leave a review.. and she said they didnāt have any receipts for days? Which later when I relayed that to my boyfriend he literally gave me his receipt from the same location just from yesterday. They gave me the name Megan and Sharon. This location is...
Ā Ā Ā Read more5/29/24 Cleanliness is terrible. Where do I start , menās washroom had no soap told manager, she just acknowledged but didnāt fill container. Floors unswept counters havenāt been cleaned at all since it was only 11:20 so that had to be residual from previous day/s. 3 people on staff not including manager. Manager has attitude of I hate this job and forgot that she applied for job and probably at one time actually happy she got the job. I witnessed 6 people come in and ask for assistance at counter told they would have to wait and never provided assistance and eventually all left. Elderly man count work kiosk and asked for help but none came. Maybe Taco Bell is happy with revenue from drive up but I can tell you this isnāt it my first time that I was disappointed with dine in and still disappointed. The manager looked at me and rolled her eyes. I had to describe my order, of 3 bean burritos to go, 4 times. The burritos took 15 minutes for them to make. They hold the drive through as a priority over the walk in customers. They will clear the drive through b4 even stating ur order . These are the problems that occur regularly here. I only go there because I normally enjoy taco bell, and this is the only one around. Btw, when u finally get ur food....its not even hot.
