Subway — Restaurant in Lenox

My boyfriend and I recently visited this Subway for a quick lunch while we were on the road. We ordered relatively the same thing; a grilled chicken sub with lettuce tomato and ranch. A few hours later at home I find my partner aggressively throwing up. As I take care of him I figure he must of encountered a bad ingredient in the sub that was not in my sandwich, however about 2 days later I notice the same vomiting in myself that led to my recent hospitalization.
