absolutely unacceptable. i feel this is a decent dunkins from the other few times i've come here, but this moment really sours any other experience that i've had. i pull up to the at drive thru roughly 6 am and attempt to order my drink. the order taker asks me to "try to separate your words" and says that im mumbling. now, im very hard of hearing and have a slight speech impediment because of it, plus i had just woken up so maybe i wasn't speaking clearly. fair enough. asking a little nicer wouldn't hurt though. i state my order again and she reads it back to me in an extremely patronizing tone, almost offended that im even ordering something. i was pretty shocked as i've never been talked down to quite like this before. but even then, i dont think too much of it. she's clearly just having a rough morning. she asks if there's anything else and i request a modification to the drink which prompts her to start mocking me, repeating my order back to me while speaking gibberish. i was truly baffled and didnt know what to say. it seems that the other employees working there noticed this behavior as well because by the time i came up to the window, there was a different, much nicer, person handling my order. she apologized briefly for her coworkers behavior and i moved on. unfortunately, i dont see myself coming back here in fear of encountering the same individual. i was mocked and ridiculed for the way that i speak and i never want to go through that again. i hope something is...

Very clean and friendly....Service was great! I went at a later time....12:00 am.or later...the guy on duty was so helpful and very pleasant. They had no donuts at this time cause they get fresh ones at 2:00 am.Thats an A plus....knowing they serve fresh. and don't try to serve you old just to make money!!!! I loved the coffee and bought some donut holes that were pre packaged...I will be back this morning to get some of those fresh donuts to bring to my Dad's for a special meeting... haven't seen him in 47 years.This is a surprise to him....I traveled from Alabama for this to see him.Dunkin Donuts will be a great jesture and to...

Stop by this morning on my way into work. , surprise suprise my ice coffee was burnt, and I couldn't even drink it. The lady who served me the ice coffee was in a pissed off mood she handed me my ice coffee and just turned around, leaving my hand extended, trying to give her my change for tip. Why bother redoing this dunkin donuts all you did was put lipstick on a pig. I said it before and I will say it again this has to be the worst Dunkins in Worcester County. I am just going to spend the extra time and make my own coffee. I just want to say thank you to Dunkins management for saving me...
