AUGUST 2024 A friend took me to a movie here. The experience was better. The sound was reasonably loud but not painfully loud, and the end credits were played to the very end, this time. I enjoy listening to the entire soundtrack during the end credits, and also enjoy the art, any video clips, and any end credit scenes. I am increasing my rating by one star because my subsequent experience had improved. I will increase it again after any future visits, if the positive trend continues. Rating at this time 2 stars.

MAY 2024 (I rated 1 star) I went to Entertainment Cinemas in Leominster yesterday 5/12/2024 to see a movie. I had purchased three adult tickets and my friend purchased three large beverages at the concession stand for us. While watching the commercials the sound was so loud it was painful (causing piercing pain in our ears). Please note that I go to this theater about once a month, and the sound is usually loud but not painfully so until today. I went to the office and asked that there be a sound check in the theater we were in because the sound was so loud it was painful. They directed me to an employee at the concession stand, so I went there and explained the problem again. I was told to sit through the painfully loud commercials and then come back if the movie was also painfully loud then they would do something. By that time my friends had come out of the theater and were at the snack bar tables because the sound in the theater was unbearable. We left without seeing the movie (wasting the money I spent on the tickets). I do not intend to return which is sad because we used to watch movies at this theater monthly. I had also been disappointed in this theater when watching a movie in December because they shut the film off at the beginning of the end credits (I like watching the end credits and listening to the soundtrack during the end credits, as they are part...

Horrifying - literally!! I came here today with my 8 year old to see Light of the World, a children’s movie about Jesus. We usually go to O’niel Cinema in Littleton, but this was the only theater around showing this specific movie. So, we’re waiting for the movie to start, there’s a general children’s theme, some zootopia and legos commercials.. then all of a sudden they show a commercial for a horror movie that’s rated R (black phone 2 - you can google the trailer) there were satanic, horrifying, and violent images on the screen. It was loud with jump scares and a very scary experience for my sensitive child. I was able to cover his eyes but he was definitely scared. When the trailer was over and I no longer needed to shield him, we gathered our things and went to talk to the guy at the front. I feel like he didn’t see it as big a deal as I did, which was frustrating. I think it was a huge problem to show a violent and satanic trailer to a child that came to see a Jesus movie. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, but no offer was made. Also the whole place smelled like urine. I definitely would NOT recommend...

This theater has a definite 5 Star rating. The atmosphere, the employees, the cleanliness and so much more! The chairs recline and are so comfortable you won't want to leave, they make you feel like you are at home. This theater has so much to offer the consumer for their money. The wide variety of movies that play, the prices and conveniently located to surrounding towns and right of the highway. Purchase your tickets with employees greeting you with smiles on their faces, and not on their phones! A Manager that is most helpful and knowledgeable, he is always pleasant! The smell and aroma of hot buttered popcorn fill the air and a very large selection of candies and bubbling sodas to purchase and enjoy when being entertained while watching a movie. The colorful inside decor is vibrant and energizing. They also serve alcohol to those over 21 with proof of I.d.. The food chicken fingers and various other movie food to enjoy. A most pleasurable and affordable family event and a great date night, a girls get together or a night out for the guys to enjoy a movie together. There is also a Mascot! Enjoy!...
