Absolutely do not come here, I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant here. A couple weeks back, I walked in an hour and a half before they close and asked the guy at the register if they were still accepting orders. Mind you, nothing was being cleaned, everything was still out, there was no indication that they were closing anytime soon. And when I walked in, he was on his phone and seemed bothered when I walked in. He proceeds to think about my question and tells me that they're not accepting any more orders which I found strange. I walked out of the restaurant and another car pulled up and a couple got out and the man asked me if they were closed and I told him they weren't accepting any more orders. So the man goes in and asks about it and the guy at the register says "oh no we're accepting orders" and looks out the window at me and laughs. Don't support this subway. Read moreLet me start by saying I go to this subway at least twice a week. They never have two employees working before five pm. Today the poor girl working was alone. I had ordered food for pick up and and when I arrived it was not ready. I waited for another 30 minutes.Then asked for a refund. The system they use is new and unfortunately, she couldn't provide a refund without calling the manager but at the same time , the store was very busy. Subway's business practices are so sad. They don't wanna pay a second employee.So they put the one employee in a really bad spot that forces her to try to do the work of two people. I was upset and spoke to the manager on the phone. I ended up giving the employee a five dollar to just for her. She can't help her situation. Shame on subway's owners for being this way. It's bad bad business practices that is leading to subways...
Read moreFrustrating experience. I go to tons of subways all over the city for work and I bring my cup with me to all of them so I don't have to make trash. It's also insulated to keep my drink cold. I asked for a refill and food like I always do and attempted to fill up with tea. I was told in no uncertain terms and quite rudely that I was not allowed to use my cup. I asked them to explain and they simply said I wasn't allowed to "because". They even asked me "Did you pay for a drink?" like I was trying to steal tea or something... Never had an interaction that unprofessional and hostile at a McCoy store before. Be warned. Don't try to save trash here. You'll get scolded...
