I just deleted and updated a previous review that had less stars, as this business has gone above and beyond in their customer service in response to the feedback I had previously written. The pasta is just simply not for me, but I love that they support other local businesses, and use fresh local ingredients to make all of their dishes. I look forward to trying their sandwiches in the future as the ones pictured look elevated from your typical sandwich experience. My partner is Italian and from NYC, and was delighted to have an ACTUAL Italian deli, with real and fresh Italian deli meats. She loves their version of fresh pasta that they serve. Honestly a business that cares this much about quality, and is so proactive about customer satisfaction deserves an updated, and more considerate review. Thank you so much for caring about your customers, and where they spend their hard earned money. You’ve earned our loyalty in the...
Read moreI've heard all good things about Mancini's and was happy to find out they're all true. I ordered a Supremo sandwich, which is absolutely big enough for two people to share. While it was being prepared I decided to add an order of pasta bolognese. It was absolutely the best bolognese sauce I've ever had, and that includes NYC, Providence, and Chicago. Everything is made to order and the quality of everything was excellent. I also grabbed a piece of basque cheesecake, which was rich and delicious, without being overly sweet like I find most cheesecake to be. I've been thinking about the bolognese sauce for days and think I might suggest they offer fresh sauce to go so I can eat it all the time. I'm not kidding, it's incredible. So happy to have this addition to the...
Read moreGot the caprese, it was great! At first i was skeptical about the price, not that good food isnt worth it but how many folks in the area can afford to make it a staple. But when i got the sandhich it was HUGE. Youre paying for essentially 2 artisinal sandwhiches worth. The mozz was wet and fresh, the bread was soft and just the right balance of chewy and crusty, the herbs, tomato and oil were super rich and fresh.
I had to(litterally had no choice in the matter) also get the panna cotta, and a blood orange san pel(my favorite soda!). Guilt as charged it was so hot after two bites of the massive sandwhich, I put that away and ate the cool desert and soda for lunch. The fruity creamy concoction was super good, not too sweet. The berries were wonderful. I want...
