I will never venture away from Babbo again. I have never had a bad experience with food or service. Yes it has taken 30 mins for my food to be ready but i generally go during lunch or dinner peak times... its usual. I placed an order and overhead the cashier tell the people behind me that the orders would now take 25 min or more. I then asked if my order would also be affected and was told that there wouldn’t be a problem. However after waiting almost 30 min, I went and checked on the status of my order and was told they hadn’t even started on it!
