The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. A customer order her drink, they got it wrong, and then proceed to charge her more for the drink they got wrong! The customers said it was their fault they got the drink wrong, it wasn’t hers...and that she shouldn’t have to pay more money. The owner said it doesn’t matter because they’re making a new drink, its more money. Now mind you, the guy was making a big deal over a dollar more for a drink order THEY MESSED UP ON! They never acknowledge it was their fault, and charged this customer more money. At this point he was yelling at the customer, she then declined the entire order and ask for a refund. It was the most awkward and unacceptable, unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed!!! There were a lot of customers who saw this and left! I do not recommend anybody coming to this place and to be honest, their drinks are not worth it. The ironic part about this whole situation, is it if he would’ve taken the “L” for the dollar he would’ve made a profit, but instead he lost a lot more over a dollar deference. So stupid. Somebody needs to learn their customer service...

However when youre trying to talk over the sounds of the blenders is a bit of an issue. 2 out of 4 of my orders were wrong. Tried telling them it was wrong and the girl couldnt understand due to the loud blender noise in the background and said they were the right ones. I was already agitated as is from having to repeat myself multiple times to ensure my order was correct bc of the loud noise from the blenders yet it still came out wrong. So i just took what was made just so that i dont have to deal with having to repeat myself all over again. Is there a way to have blenders similar to what starbucks has to help reduce the loud noise the blenders make? Again i love getting boba here. Will still continue coming here. Just hoping the noise will get reduced so that it'll be easier for the cashier and the customer to be able to hear...
Read moreI was there today with my puppy just to order a drink I was not going to stay and hang out with him, but of course they let me order and after 5minutes they tell me to get out Bc they don’t accept dogs, so they let me spend my money then they kick me out. Some lady that worked there came and said someone had complain which is a BIG FAT LIE!!! I was there watching everyone no one said ANYTHING! There was only 3 girls that left and one more lady that came in with 2 kids. I have A Yorkshire terrier is one of the hypoallergenic dog breeds, they can research it. The lady approach was very rude and unpleasant!! Would I spend my money there No, and would I recommend it Hell no, there is other places like fruitilicious boba tea, Boba late..
