I came into the store on a this afternoon, I was looking for a very specific product. After showing it to the employee ( Jessica ) she immediately knew they did not carry what I was looking for, but was able to point me in the direction of very similar products after showing me around the store. I told her I wanted to wander on my own as the store was quite busy and she was the only person there.

As she interacted and helped with everyone in the store, we found ourselves as a group collectively, laughing and comparing stories, the entire atmosphere was something that I was not expecting. She was able to take an intimidating situation and not only educate me about products, but keep everyone in the store rolling with laughter.

This place is great! Very Classy. Not Tacky. The manager was very friendly & knowledgeable. The company has a great policy that allows returns! They offer educational classes. I was not intimidated, embarrassed, or in any way uncomfortable about entering, looking around, asking questions or even taking pictures of a few interesting items. Sex is a natural part of life & a vital, even expected part of a marriage, so as a married lady, I want to be able to educate myself on anything that might enhance or improve my married life without feeling like I'm doing something wrong or illicit. Kat is such a beautiful, outgoing, helpful, and educated employee/sales rep. Honestly, I've never had this pleasant of an experience in a toy/lingerie shop in my life. Went in with little expectations due to my experiences in other stores like this, and she just captivated my attention with her personality/energy and her KNOWLEDGE on every product in the store.
