I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parma Pasta Pizzeria, an authentic Italian restaurant that took me on a delightful culinary journey. From the moment I walked through the door, the cozy ambiance and warm greetings made me feel right at home.
Let's start with the star of the show: the pizza. Parma Pasta Pizzeria has truly mastered the art of crafting delicious pizzas. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. Topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients, the flavors harmonized beautifully. Whether you prefer classic margherita or adventurous combinations, their diverse pizza menu will leave you spoiled for choice.
Moving on to the pasta, I was blown away by the homemade goodness that awaited me. The pasta dishes at Parma Pasta Pizzeria are a true testament to Italian culinary expertise. The noodles were cooked to perfection, al dente and bursting with flavor. Each sauce was carefully crafted, with rich, vibrant flavors that delighted my taste buds. Whether you indulge in the comforting creaminess of their carbonara or the zesty tang of their arrabbiata, you can expect an authentic Italian experience.
No Italian meal is complete without some freshly baked bread, and Parma Pasta Pizzeria exceeded my expectations. The aroma of warm bread wafting through the restaurant was irresistible. The crust had the perfect balance of crunch and chewiness, and each bite revealed a soft, fluffy interior. Accompanied by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, the bread elevated the entire dining experience.
As for the desserts, Parma Pasta Pizzeria truly knows how to satisfy a sweet tooth. The tiramisu I had was a dream come true. It was velvety, with just the right amount of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and luscious mascarpone cream. Every spoonful was a decadent delight that left me craving for more.
Lastly, I must mention the tomato soup, a delightful appetizer that set the tone for the meal. The soup was velvety and bursting with the natural sweetness of ripe tomatoes. Each spoonful was a comforting embrace, making it the perfect way to begin the culinary adventure that followed.
Parma Pasta Pizzeria is a hidden gem that captures the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. From the delectable pizzas and impeccable pasta dishes to the freshly baked bread, mouthwatering desserts, and comforting tomato soup, this restaurant has it all. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere only add to the overall experience. Whether you're a pizza lover, pasta enthusiast, or simply seeking a taste of Italy, Parma Pasta Pizzeria is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be transported to the heart of Italy...
Read moreI'm over this place. For the last 6 months an employee introduced me to thick crust pizza. I order once a week. Almost twice every two weeks. My order is always $27 and some change. For 52 weeks that's around $1,400. The weeks I order for movie night that's $54 a week which is every other week. That's another $700. I spend roughly $2,100 a year here. That's a good chunk of change this place will no longer get from me cause of a stupid decision that was made today. Jocelyn (I believe was her name from the reciept) answered the phone and I specifically told her I wanted thick crust cause we get it every week. Especially last week being the most recent. In her most demeaning voice she told me your place doesn't offer thick crust. I told her I have been getting it every week. When she repeated the order she left out thick crust purposely and I again said please ma'am dont forget the thick crust. She said okay. I pick up my order and apparently there wasn't meatballs or no extra meatball cause she handed it back to the cook. I then inspected my pizza and I didn't receive the thick crust I ordered. She seemed annoyed and then decided to explain to the cook that's what I ordered and she didn't explain the instructions to the cook. Another cook came over and have me mean looks 2 different times cause my order was too specific. The other 2 servers remembered me and the guy offered me a beet which was nice but I wanted to get back home to my family cause they were hungry and I wanted to get back. The other girl made a comment stating that I'm the only one who orders it like it was such an inconvenience so they were gonna make it again. I offered to be charged extra cause they've did it be for as an extra topping. I just wanted what I order every week. After acting like I was the most inconvenient person ever and feeling like my situation had to be addressed loud enough for the rest of the 6 people in the place needed to know my business I felt uncomfortable and left. I have never felt like my business wasn't wanted ever. Jocelyn made comments under her breath and gave me the meanest looks along with the cook in the back. This experience has made me decide to not come here ever again. You lost a loyal customer and I hope my story travels so new and old guests see what...

Let me start by saying I used to come here about a decade ago mainly for their canolis when me and my then-girlfriend had the munchies. I would also frequently order these little Italian enchiladas, doused in their mythical pink vodka sauce. Both of which were pretty tasty and fairly affordable for the listless minimum wage worker that that I was. Fast forward ten years. I decided to go into Parmas on a Saturday around 6 pm. There was no line, actuelly there was only about 9-10 people in there. The waitress was nice.
I could only find my fabled pink tortellini without meat. (I could swear it used to have some kind of meat in it.). So I settled for the Chicken Murphy. A piece of grilled chicken on a bed of spaghetti with the pink vodka sauce. The chicken was very hard to cut and kind of rubbery but not enough to warrant a complaint. And the serving size was considerably small compared to other Italian restaurants I've been to. Don't get me wrong it tasted decent but those two issues undermine the logic of charging 13$ for the plate and effectively left me with the feeling that I had received a square plate of pink disappointment.
The canoli: I can't remember how much they used to cost. I feel like they used to be cheaper. It tasted pretty decent but all in all I got the same feeling as with the chicken Murphy. I understand inflation is enough to warrant a little rise in costs. But I think at some point Parmas started trying to be something that it's not and lost a little of what it was. Such is...
