Pho Que Huong — Restaurant in Lewisville

Looking for good pho? I was skeptical when I saw that this was a chain with several locations in the Metroplex...but I wasn't disappointed! Try rice noodle soup varieties or egg noodles. I had the chicken curry soup with rice noodles....AMAZING. great portions. Order the large bowl for just a dollar more and ask for a to-go container. Prices are reasonable and compare with most pho places...7-9 / bowl. Not bad if you get two meals. Waitresses are nice and busboy is fast and efficient in cleaning tables. There's a big screen TV to watch soccer but no volume so it keeps a quiet ambience. Will be going back!!

Update 2022- we’ve come here dozens of times and used to love it but the last several times service wasn’t as good and the waitress didn’t check on us even once after busboy served food. She only took order and got it wrong. Staff members aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Restrooms were dirty, trash cans overflowing. One of the staff members who handles food blew his nose and didn’t wash his hands. Just overall disappointed. Looking for...

Customer service: first time here, didn’t know what to expect 3/10 walked in was greeted by a male employee very friendly, he took my order as well, another male worker brought out my food he was pleasant too. While eating i wasn’t asked if the food was ok, or if i needed anything else the whole time, bummer..

When done i paid 21 dollars to the female worker, she seemed angry, rude, and irritable didn’t asked how the food was or anything, and made 0 eye contact when speaking, no respect for customers. Very Weird…

Without customers there is no business.

Restaurant cleanliness: i dined myself a little after 130p on a week day. 6/10

Food: i ordered the S10, spicy filet steak with rice noodles. 5/10.. the broth was good & spicy, but the steak was tough, and one piece was very hard to chew.

This place has certainly gone down hill. My co workers and I used to eat here all the time. Loved the service and food. The service we received today was horrible. The tables were dirty and the wait staff was less than helpful. We asked for assistance picking out a plate and the waitress gave a suggestion. When the food arrived it was not good at all. When asked by the waitress how we were liking the dish she recommended we told her it was not so great. She immediately became offended and said well that’s what you ordered so it’s too late to change it. We were shocked that she would say something like that. The restrooms were disgusting and the staff from the kitchen kept going back and forth to the restroom the entire time we ate taking long periods of time.
