This is by far THE WORST location in all of Denton County. It is a hassle to get fresh food, it is a hassle to receive decent service. Notice I didn't even say good, but at least decent. They lie about everything! Its been a hassle to even get in touch with them. You literally have to go to the store for any inconvenience because their phone doesn't even work. The manager is NEVER there. I have been given the runaround about MY MONEY! I ordered a big box of chicken on May 04 asked for it to be fresh the total was almost $30. I checked the chicken before I left to see if it was hot and it was. Got home and only the chicken on the top was hot. I was going to let it go until I tasted it. It tasted like day old chicken. Nasty taste, dry and cold. I immediately went back to the store she took the chicken and tossed it in the trash! I guess they had a shift change and the lady told me that I would have to come back the next day so that the previous manager can give me the refund. I did just that, came back the next day and that manager told me that i would have to wait for the store manager to give me the refund so to come back Mon. I did that after I got off work. When I got to the store they told me that he had just left two minutes before I arrived. I asked if they let him know that I was coming to receive my refund and they said yes, to come back tomorrow between 10am and 5. I left work EARLY today just to catch him and guess what they said. They said that he has already come and gone. So at this point I think they're just playing in my face and stealing my money. First my husband was picking up the food on his way from work so I placed the order right before he got there. When he gets there I'm on the phone with him making sure he has no problem getting the food and I hear him say loud and clear "here to pick up an order for krystal" me not knowing that the lady or whoever was working the window made him pay for a senior discount order that WE DID NOT ORDER AND HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER THRU THE MOBILE APP!!!! She handed him 2 bags after he paid so he wasn't aware that he was paying for an order that wasn't ours and I didn't think I had to tell him that the order was already paid for considering he had just told them HE WAS PICKING UP AN ORDER!!!! Read moreI placed an order through the Popeyes app for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready, and the woman at the window was very kind. However, this is where the issues began. She handed me only part of my order and seemed confused when I asked about the drinks. After receiving the drinks, I realized the bag was missing the eight sauces I paid for and one of the desserts. I had to ask for those as well before leaving.
When I got home, I discovered both meals were completely wrong. At this point, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I went inside and spoke with (what I believe was) the manager, a tall Black male, who was polite and tried to make it right. He gave extra portions to make up for the mistakes, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, even while remaking the order, he still missed another item, and I had to point it out again. After about 12 minutes, I finally left with what I thought was the corrected order.
But when I got home for the second time, I found the order was still wrong—instead of receiving the blackened and spicy tenders I ordered, I was given all blackened tenders. While the staff was friendly and the manager was generous with portions, it does not excuse the repeated errors.
