The delivery driver that was supposed to deliver my contactless order told the store that they delivered it to my apartment, which they did not. I called the store twice trying to check on my order. The second time I spoke with a male who said he was the manager and that’s when I was told that the driver said she did deliver the order to my door. I explained that I have cameras and I’ve called to check on my order twice and that it was never delivered. I even explained that I didn’t receive a delivered email either, and I still haven’t over an hour later. The manager told me that he wasn’t going to call anyone a liar and that he’d remake and deliver the order for free and that it would have to be handed directly to me. When I explained that the order would get here over an hour after I placed the original order, he still said they same thing. And even said “I’m not going to fire her over this”. I said nothing about firing her.There was no resolution to the driver lying about delivering my order and I was treated as though I was the one lying. It was made clear that my only option was for them to remake it and hand it to me directly. Not once did he even offer to refund the order, showing that he did in fact believe the driver. That driver was put on a pedestal and couldn’t have possibly lied about delivering my order to the wrong apartment, if anywhere at all. Not to mention the fact that the driver that didn’t deliver my order got a tip for not even delivering it because I did the online tip. Will never order from this...
Read moreI CANNOT BELIEVE THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER BRANDON SHOWED TONIGHT. I eat at this dominos 3-4 times a week for starters. They used to be, my favorite. Was hungry and planned to order takeout per usual. Talked to the manager, Brandon, for starters. Took my address and placed me on hold immediately. Some crackhead dude name Jim answered after being transferred and said “uhhh what can i do for ya”? like i was at a brothel? I asked ughhhh, who’s this is this dominos? he says “ughhhhhhh —”? i say… uhhh could you please confirm address? he couldn’t and then stumbled over the next sentence like he was intoxicated. Got transferred back over to the awesome manager, Brandon, who was even more stubborn and unhelpful than his colleague Jim. Every single time I call here, it’s a solid 2 minute phone call including payment. This time, Brandon was on either a power trip or drugs. I have done business with dominos for over 25 years. Read moreI placed an order at 10:38am for 11 M pizzas, 12 drinks and 12 ranch dressing. I placed the order online for a delivery at 11:45. at 11:55 I called the store to find out where my order was. I was told that I should have placed my order two days ago.?? They said it would be 30 to 45 more minutes. I said this is a business and lunch is at 12 noon. Then the guy hung up on me. Since the location is close to my office, I went to the Dominos store. The manage is who I was speaking to on the phone and at the store.. He was very unprofessional in the way he spoke and the language he used. Ray another employee started helping me. Ray was called into the store to help the manage. Ray was very helpful!! I can not believe that a manage would treat customers in this way for calling to find out were their order is. The manage was so foul mouthed and disrespectful.
