Look I've got nothing bad to say about the food. It is what it is and tbh I probably won't stop coming here cause it's close to where I live. However, when its 37 degrees outside and I've been waiting patiently for 10 min by the door for them to open at 1030AM and atleast 2 employees see me, one of witch is apparently the GM(Salma), well I get a little upset. Kept me out there till 1036. I've worked in terrible environments before. I even worked at a Chinese restaurant funny enough and we used to talk about how much we hated it there all the time, but we always opened the doors on time. Our managers did there job. Even if they don't like it. My hope isn't to have Salma or anyone else be yelled at,punished, or fired. Only hope that maybe the service will just keep in mind things like some people wake up early, some people don't have cars, and walk to do errands, and get hungry for Chinese food in the morning on these treks. Times are really tough rn and i think we all need to just care more about eachother. It starts with a smile and ends with a have a great day. Together we can do it people. That being said the new girl(Ana something)was really nice and she even apologized for the wait when I did not mind waiting I knew it would take longer because they just open. anyways...
Read moreI'm done with this location. Nothing against the food, but the service is completely disappointing. I wait patiently because the teriyaki chicken wasn't ready. After 15 minutes it was finally ready Wendy put my rice and orange chicken to the side during that time I seen a fresh batch of fried rice prepared. Very politely I asked Wendy if she could give me a fresh order of rice since my food had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I got this look for her like "why was I asked her to do something like that?" So she throws away the already hot already made freshly out the skillet teriyaki chicken to make me an entire new plate ( and I only asked for rice). So with Attitude she piles on all this rice onto my plate and a little bit orange chicken and a little bit of teriyaki chicken. I said may I, I said please, I said Thank you, so I don't think all of her attitude was really necessary at all. And since this place is around the corner from where I live I really enjoy going to it, but I guess I will not be having Panda Express at this location anymore....
Read moreUsed to really like this place. But today my kid ordered their new menu item Honey Walnut Shrimp as the kid's meal entree and only received a pathetic 4-piece portion that hardly filled half its alloted space. Just 4 little shrimps - there's not even veggie fillers! The kiddo got very upset because we tried this same order last week at another location and received way more. When we approached the counter asking if the small portion was a mistake, we were told for the new "premium" shrimp entree (which already cost extra $$), a full portion is 7 pieces and a kid's portion is 4 pieces, in a very expressionless matter-of-fact fashion, with shrugs. Wish we had taken a photo of how small those shrimps looked in the box! I know shrimps are more expensive per pound, but what you call an entree should at least look like one. Very disappointed at this ridiculous portion standard and how they weren't willing to be a little flexible in...
