On Saturday 07/09/24 at 5:10 pm I ordered a Medium Chocolate Shake at this store. When they brought it to me, it was completely white. I told the Lady that, maybe they gave me the wrong order because it was very white, like just Ice Cream. The Lady came back with the same shake. She told me that, The Manager said it was Chocolate. The Lady was very kind, She told me Ok no problem, I'll make it again and put more chocolate in it. Suddenly Joe came out with a terrible attitude, he looked like an angry bull. He told me in a loud voice: You asked for a Chocolate Shake and, this is a Chocolate Shake. I told him ok but it's very white. He repeated, it's Chocolate and I know because I made it!! I put two pumps of chocolate in it, which is how it's supposed to be made. If you want more chocolate you have to pay for it!! My husband said Ok just charge it. I said to my husband in Spanish: What is wrong with Him? Why is He so angry? And Joe yelled: What is wrong? Do you want it for free?? That really upset Me. I told him in my basic English: I don't need anything for free. I came to buy it because I am going to pay for it. But I know how a Chocolate Shake looks like because, I used to work at a Sonic store and, I order it all the time. And This, is a poorly made shake. My husband said Are you the Manager? Oh, wow. He said Yes I am the Manager, I am sorry if You don't like that but, that is what it is. I have to say that, Joe has a serious anger problem. He has a horrible attitude. He is rude and, he is also RACIST!!! He should never work in customer service ever. Just because I don't speak his language doesn't mean I want free food, or I have to accept a poorly made Ice Cream. No one has to put up with his bad attitude!!! Sonic has special instructions for preparing their Ice Creams, both for the ingredients and the mixing. That's why their shakes are some of the best. I don't know how they let Joe run a store as busy as Sonic. He doesn't know how to work under pressure. He can't handle it. That's why this store delivers wrong orders with a bad attitude, and poorly made. The worst thing is that, The Franchise knows this because, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the Management of this Store. And they don't do anything about it. Don't go to this store. It's not worth it to be treated like that. If I could I would give it 0 stars. There are many Sonic stores in the area. I'm sure they will give you better service. Pictured is my "chocolate" shake after I mixed it at home.  It was even whiter when they gave it to me in the store.

I’ll start by saying that I think I would leave negative stars if possible. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad this experience was. For one, we pulled up and ordered on our phone. A Oreo cheesecake milkshake, a mini Oreo blast, a mini M&M blast and 2 mini turtle blasts. (Before anyone automatically assumes this was because I didn’t tip, I can assure you that was NOT the case, even tipped online when ordering). I placed the order and said I was at stall 3 at 8:45. About 10 minutes later, a car pulls into stall 4 beside us. 5 minutes after that, I see what looks like our order getting walked out. The guy hands the order to the car beside us in stall 4. A few minutes later, he walks up to our car and says “Are y’all waiting on something?”. I told him yes. I think it may have been the order given to the car beside us a few minutes ago. He said “Well what was it?” I showed him the order on my phone. Without saying a single word, he walks back into the restaurant. 10 minutes later, he comes out with what looks to be our order. He hands it to me and I say “Thank you so much, man.” Just to let him know it was no big deal. He again, doesn’t say a word to me. Just walks back in. I handed the blasts to my passenger and she said “These are all Oreo blasts.” So I took the cup holder full of blasts and spoons back up and got his attention through the window. He walked out and opened the door and when he did, I said “These are actually all Oreo blasts. We ordered one Oreo, one M&M, and two turtle. I’ll go ahead and take the Oreo.” And as I pulled the blast out and was about to grab the spoon for it, he just pulled the cup holder out of my hand and walked back in. 5 minutes later he comes out with the three missing blasts and 2 of the 3 are only 2/3 full with toppings just thrown on top. If that weren’t enough, as my five year old daughter was eating her M&M blast on the way home, my wife noticed her reaching for something in her mouth. She was chewing on a piece of plastic that was in her blast. Not only was the service rude and shockingly bad, the food we did receive (and by some miracle still paid for), was not even full and had a piece of plastic in it. I felt like I was being treated like it was my fault that they gave our food away and then gave us the wrong food over the span of 40 minutes. We didn’t leave that Sonic until almost 9:30 pm.

NEW EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEWS: (July 8, 2025) Please DO NOT waste your time coming here, 4 years later and it seems they learn nothing from their bad reviews. Came and ordered 2 master shakes and a blast. Waited over 30 mins to receive our order. Proceeded to ask Sebastian about our order and was very rudely told they were understaffed and that making ice cream takes time but then saw another order be brought out with shakes and ice creams after us get their order before us. This place has inconsistent service which is why I try and avoid it but because my kids like it so I try and give them a chance but each time there is either something wrong with the food and the customer service is just horrible. This is the last time I give this place a chance. Avoid it at all cost and don’t give them your money. Absolutely the worst Sonic.

Placed and order by the tables since my family and I were on foot. Decided to sit and eat since there were no cars and it wasn't busy. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a kids meal. It was cold outside and the sun was quickly goind down. Asked to speak with the manager who did not give me her name and she proceeded to blame the person who served us because she was a new server. I feel like the issue was not handled correctly and I felt like she treated us like we didn't matter because we were not in a car. We shouldn't have had to wait for food that long. I am pretty patient to start, the issue was that it wasn't even busy and the manager instead blamed someone else who we could clearly see, was not making our food. We weren't looking for a handout on free food or anything like that but she didn't even offer us anything for the inconvenience, barely offered an apology. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I usually like Sonics but this one had TERRIBLE service. Even the server was rude and for her being new and rude was an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place if you are not in a car. I don't know what our experience would have been, had we been in a car but overall, service was bad and our food was cold. 2 thumbs way down and 0 stars for sure. UPDATE: After reaching out over my issue, I would like to thank Mr. Linder for for taking the time to respond to my concerns via email. As I mentioned previously, I was in no way looking to get anything for free and yet he still offered me something very generous for the trouble. I highly appreciate the level of kindness and professionalism in which Mr. Linder handled my concerns. Today, I went in and was taken care of by Chrystal who made sure my order was complete and correct. She was very friendly and sweet . A complete 180 to my previous experience. Thank you Sonic, Mr.Linder and Chrystal, for handling my issue with care. I had made my review in hopes that anyone not in car, does not go through what I had...
