My go-to for special occasions and holidays is always The Honey Baked Ham Company, and for good reason! The quality of their food is simply unmatched. We recently got a ham for a family gathering, and it was as delicious and perfectly prepared as ever. The signature sweet, crunchy glaze is absolutely incredible and a huge hit with everyone. Beyond the amazing food, the staff here is consistently wonderful. Every time I've visited, they've been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They're always ready to answer any questions and make the ordering process a breeze. It's a genuine pleasure to shop there, and their positive attitude adds to the overall experience. They didn’t have a ham available as a walk in. Although that wasn’t great, I understand. I was told I would have to order one. Okay, then I tried to order one at the store. I was AT THEIR REGISTER with payment, and no, I couldn’t order one. Nope, I had to leave and order one ONLINE. UNBELIEVABLE. So fine I did, and when I showed up at the store at the pickup time the next day, it wasn’t ready. REALLY? I love your ham and the staff was pleasant. But your policies and practices are ridiculous.

The next day I got the standard “we value your feedback “ type of survey. Too soon, I haven’t even opened the ham. And the survey itself forced me to answer questions I had no answer for. Badly designed survey and rubbed me the wrong way when I was already angry.

My daughter-in-law stops there frequently because she likes to use their hams at holidays. She noticed that with their luncheon menu and sides, they also had ham bones for sale at a reasonable price. They are in a freezer unit beside their refrigerated sides. Since our family likes to use ham bones when fixing lima beans, other beans, bean soup, etc. she bought one to use for that purpose. She told me that they leave lots of meat on the bones. So, I stopped there for the first time to pick up a bone and they had a special of buy one, get one.
