I’ve been going to this location for years and they typically provide meh service, definitely absent of the bright and sunny, but it’s what I’ve come to expect. The food’s typically consistently good though. Today was different. I stood in line while a cashier (he was struggling so he had to be new which is completely fine) helped two gentlemen in front me as at least three other employees saw me waiting and didn't offer to help (ignored) me. What’s even worse is that I made eye contact with each one of them and still nothing. When another set of customers came in behind me, those same employees rushed to assist them at a different register. Their response time was impeccable and I couldn’t believe it. Two of them almost tripped over one another to get to these two ladies. So, at this point I made it clear that this was completely inappropriate (“You’ve got to be kidding right now!”). The staff seemed relatively shocked that I called them out on it. “I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting and none of you have said a word to me! Not a word!” I then just asked for my food (which was good) and promptly left. Needless to say, I won't be back as the whole thing smacked of something much different and I’m not a person who likes to pull that “card.” Evidence is evidence and if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s a duck! I also processed this with a co-worker who shared a similar experience and expressed the same rational for...
Read moreI wish I could rate negative 5 stars. I tried the irmo location twice. First time, take out spaghetti. Rude employee, 29 minute wait.. Absolutely no meat. Just basically canned tomatoes and some pasta. Garlic bread was like the last part of a hot dog bun scrap. Tried again. Pizza was not worth the time or money. Today decided to try the Sunset Blvd. location. 15.00 dollars for an 8 inch pizza... 1.60 per topping. I think they were trying to make one mushroom last all day. Paper thin , so I couldn't even taste it. Same with pepperoni. Paper thin. Had to lift the cheese to see if it was there. Sausage, ground beef. Tasteless yuck. What there was of it. Do they not realize that there's a full service restaurant across the street that has quality food for much better prices? And another where you can get whatever you want for half the price?? I could have fed a family of 5 for the same price, better quality. I don't know why this place is still in business. I'd post a picture, but the pizza was not as big as a fork is long. If I'm gonna pay 1.60 per topping, no matter the size of the pizza, I certainly expect more than barely visible ingredients. I will never be back to these restaurants. Lesson sadly learned. Little Caesars has you guys beat hands down. And I've worked at some iconic...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. I hate to leave a bar review for a local business like this, but i just can't fond anything good to say. My husband and I went in today and there was not a single other customer inside, which should have been our first red flag. None of the staff felt like staff, if that makes sense. No one had any kind of uniform or at least name Tage, one girl was literally in sweatpants with a messy disheveled pony tail thrown in, like she just rolled out of bed. What I will give them is it was a very clean building. Did not smell like food inside, which is another red flag for me. Smelled just like sanitizer. We ordered the lasagna and a chicken alfredo. It took a good half hour for the food to come out and I think it took so long because it came from the freezer. My lasagna was primarily sauce and bland ricotta cheese. It tasted like jar sauce and didn't have much meat in it. My husband's alfredo was really bad. It looked and tasted exactly like that frozen chicken alfredo that comes in the little green container. The chicken was rubbery, and the sauce was just bad. It tasted fake and very salty. We might consider giving them a second chance for pizza but it's very unlikely, It was just bad all around and not worth the...
