Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lexington

If I could give a zero star I would. We had two members of this team that were rude to us. We came from Texas and visited Lexington. (Both follow Kentuckians) This establishment gave Kentucky a horrible name. Will NOT be going here ever again and have permanently lost our business.. If you’re a manager please contact me. I would love to speak to you about your absolutely awful experience from both of your extensively unprofessional employees. We came in on our wedding day and were treated with nothing but disrespect. We were in town when there was a huge basketball game going on, so a lot of the local places around downtown were incredibly busy. Jimmy John’s was open and did not have a line, so we decided to eat here. I got the #9 - Italian Night Club with a side of homestyle potato salad. The sandwich itself was really good. The potato salad was very sweet-tasting, which was not my favorite, but I ate it anyway. The people working were super nice! I purchased a bootlegger extra pickles a repeat order on Friday afternoon so I can take to work! When I started eating the sandwich I noticed there wasn’t any pickles on it nor was it cut in half like I specified on the order. So I decided to call, and reached Shalonda who was very rude, and according to her there’s a time frame that you have to eat your sandwich. Because I was upset about it being without pickles she said because it was 4 hours later that there’s nothing she could do! Then hung up in my face.
