Food was good as always. Atmosphere was a little loud as they are renovating, but that wasn't their fault. However, I had issues AGAIN with trying to get my discount. The last time we went here just a few weeks ago, I was overcharged for the Moe's Monday special. A representative from Moe's sent me an email apologizing and was nice enough to add Moe's Rewards back to my account to comp for the loss. Ironically, we decided to go back there today to use those very rewards. I also had a $2 coupon for my burrito. After ringing up my discount, I go to pay for my meal with the Moe's Rewards money that was given to me. The cashier said that I couldn't use it because I'd used the $2 coupon. I told her that the only reason I had come there today was to use my $25 rewards. She took the $2 coupon off and it still would not take my rewards. Good grief! Our meal was $29 total. What should have cost us $4 ended up costing $27. I wish I would have known that ahead of time. It's starting to feel like every time I go here I'm running into something else. End of rant. Like I said, I love Moe's food, it's always been great. Just be careful about your rewards. I like the West Columbia store much better than the Lexington store. The workers act like the ingredients are so limited that they give you half than what they are suppose to give, you constantly have to ask "can I get a little more". There is this one white girl who is very rude and extra loud, she take my order and yells at me about what I what I want and then never rings me out so I can get my food, I have to talk to another employee there to get my food. I asked her for NO meat and when I take my food home, guess what there was beef mixed in with the beans, I take back up there and the girl who made my food, said that it was not her fault and she would not give me what I wanted and I had to pay again for my order. I wish I knew her name she need some customer service skills because her attitude is a mess. They workers look you up and down and then judge you base on the color of your skin and race! First of all for the longest my order wouldn’t even be done by the time I got there. At least 10 customers would be helped before I could even get out of there. They got a little bit better on pick up orders I will admit. But if you don’t WATCH them make it and you just order it online and you ask for add one that cost more. You’ll be lucky if you actually get it. I never get Queso on my burrito when I order NEVER. So just go in and wait in line so you can make sure they add what they say they will cause Queso cost extra so I expect it to be on there. Other than that food be good. Customer service is ok.
