Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I don't usually write reviews. But why did that have to change the crew. NOW THERE ARE SOME LADIES WITH ATTITUDE THERE NOW. I don't like it . I go in every day and get my coffee there.. and all last week service was terrible and coffee was not even warm. I miss my old crew.. GUYS, YOU NEED TO COME BACK FOR REAL... These young ladies are NOT CUTTING IT.. Tomorrow ( 1/10/2023 ) if I get my coffee messed up again. I will not be back.. and I have 3 others Dunkin I can go to. But you hey are by my house. I loved that Rosemont station because I would get to work and my coffee is full and nice and hot... Last week was not a good week as for they always giving me coffee that's not up to par. And today being Monday and I get a cold coffee not a good way to start my week off.. and you guys know that when I tip I always asked how many ppl are back there today and they say three then I give five dollars for each one...now I have to go get my coffee before I get on the train.. NOT COOL.. you guys need to come back.. please. Since you guys left my coffee hasn't tasted the same..

I only ordered 2 things. The hash browns were chewy and oily (old), extremely salty and tasted burnt. The donut I ordered was not the kind he gave me. The young man taking my order was not paying attention and the lady preparing the hash browns just tossed them on the counter as if I wete suposed to instinctively know they were mine. I usually tip and tip well, but today I decided against it. After tasting the food, I was glad I passed. Poor customer service and poor food is why I may only stop in to use the restroom from now on. It was clean, thus it was the best part of my short visit.

i order from here at least once a week and it’s usually fine, but on 10/19 i guess not. the man behind the counter at around 11 am not only made my sandwich entirely wrong (wrong bread and cheese), but he additionally didn’t put cold foam on my coffee. this is fine, because i had time to ask him to add it bc i know it’s an easy fix, but he proceeded to argue with me over it, even though i made it a point to be polite and mention that the only reason i was even asking was because i paid the dollar upcharge for it. so...
