Incredibly rude staff, we went to go get ice cream on New Year’s Eve since it was discounted. Right as we walked up to the door a staff member shut off the open sign and locked the door without even looking at me and telling me WHY they were closing an HOUR early. Another staff member then posted a sign to the door that said “closed early due to inclement weather” I checked the weather forecast and there was nothing out of the ordinary. The inconvenience is not that they were closed, but that the female staff member rushed to lock the door before we could open it when she saw us walking up. Just some rude kids wanting to close early is my guess, but I'm just astonished at how rude they were.

While we were sitting in the car we saw another man walk up to the store, the same girl looked at him and made a condescending face towards him while refusing to actually talk to him. I got out of my car and told him to not even bother with asking why they were closed as the staff were incredibly rude and I wouldn't want to purchase anything from them as a result. He then informed me that he had called 5 minutes prior to him arriving and they had not mentioned anything about them closing early. We saw at least 7 potential costumers leave within the 5 minutes...

I was very disappointed with the manner in which the manager addressed their mistake with an online ice cream cake order. He began by insisting I was mistaken and that the order had been filled correctly. I was interrupted multiple times as I was trying to explain the mistake and point out the very legitimate evidence that the cake I had ordered was listed online to measure 4"x6" (rectangular) and the cake I received was in fact 4"x4" (square). After reading the online description and order confirmation word-for-word, I was finally able to convince the individual with whom I spoke that the store had made a mistake. At that point, an offer of refund for the difference in the 2 cake sizes was made which I declined as I had no desire to return to the store and again interact with this very rude individual. No apology or acknowledgement of the incredibly rude manner of the manager was made. I cannot comment on the quality/taste of the ice cream cake as it had been...

I went to go get ice cream and when I walked in the store the owner had no mask whatsoever and was extremely rude when I was about to pay for the ice cream. He pointed at the money I had and one of the workers had already said they were going to be right with me so I could pay. I told the owner one of the workers already said they would be with me and he just kept pointing at the money I had in my hand and seemed as if he was bothered by me. I gave him the money when the other worker gave me the ice cream and the owner basically shoved my change in my hand when I was clearly struggling a bit to gather everything I had. He was extremely rude off the bat but when a white couple came into the store he was extremely nice with a smile on his face. Not only is he rude to customers but he’s extremely rude to his staff. His workers look like they don’t even want to work there and look completely miserable working alongside the owner. Definitely do not recommend...
