McDonald's — Restaurant in Limerick Township

Rude, incompetent employees! They need to be properly trained as Competence and Customer Service is NOT their forte. In the past two weeks I've ordered kids meals for girls, "plain" hamburgers, they even confirmed, not only were the hamburgers "not plain", "I got toys for boys"?! WTH... Is it really that difficult? APPARENTLY 🤔Pretty pathetic when they can't even remember to give you the sauce you ordered and when you have to tell them it's not in the bag they give you an attitude, like it's your fault "they can't remember". Isn't there a screen? (Oh they probably forget to read it!) Then they toss the sauce at you, like you inconvenienced them because of their deficiency. To be honest, I feel sorry for them...they are so miserable!

I will say there is a very nice young (teenage boy) who is always extremely polite. My advice to this young gentleman... Stay away from the jaded & outdated employees! You will actually go...

Limerick PA location on Ridge Pike is the worst McDonalds location. Each and every time I go busy or not the service is slow, order is wrong. Just last night I waited at the drive through for 15 minutes for them just to take my order. Cars were beeping behind me and customers end up having to park and go inside. Getting a small order at this location takes 30 minutes to an hour. I gave up and went to the window to order. The manager I spoke to had a smirk on his face the entire time I addressed my concerns. The owner of this location really needs to better manage his staff that they hire. I never have had a good experience at this location. This place has the most polite well-trained staff I had the pleasure of interacting with on a regular basis of any fast food restaurant in the 39 years of my life. The staff is all very polite and friendly. The general manager that took over a while back must have really done an amazing job. As well as the other managers underneath her. As I said I've been a long time customer and I'm there a lot more times a week than I'd like to admit but it runs like a finely-tuned well-oiled machine in my opinion with a lot of friendly polite workers.
