Update: this place is absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Never buying here again.
Feb 11. 320pm Placed an uber eats order
324pm called to confirm they see it. On hold for 3 mins, hung up on. Called back, the lady can't find the order and asks if I want to place one on the phone. Back and forth for several minutes with me saying I just want to confirm they see it and are making it.
345, uber says it's ready.
350, go inside, told its in the oven.
355pm saw our food being made and asked if it was ours. After much hesitation they said yes, told us they havent even made it yet. We tell them to cancel it on their end as we are not waiting or getting charged for their mistakes. Told that they cannot cancel until the end of the day.
403pm. Asking them to finish order as they can't prove we will not be charged if we leave and they 'cancel at the end of the day'
While waiting another customer is told only one of their pizzas was made, the other wasn't even started. She was waiting before we showed, said she called that morning to specify pickup time.
415pm: Got food.cheeze bread is the wrong size. They gave us two smalls, taken from somebody else waiting.
Asked when manager would be in, they don't know.
This place is garbage.
Original post from January Twice we've ordered on Uber eats for pickup, we show up well after the ready time only to be told that they didn't 'get the order' and it would be another 15-20 minutes. As soon as they say that they mark it complete to give good uber timing stats (I assume) and it then takes longer than we were told for it to be ready.
When I asked for a manager or somebody to talk about this I received an explanation as to why it happened. I don't care why. Don't have an ordering service like that if you can't get it...
Read moreSeems to be going downhill. I almost did not bother writing this, but decided I needed to share my experience today.
I walked in at 3:00pm Sunday, Sept 21. Only person there was a frazzled old guy trying to do 4 jobs at once ... and failing. I wanted to get a flatbread pizza for my wife. He pulled out a trifold menu, handed it roughly and walked back to the ovens, then took a call while I stood there. No prices on flyer, and he got annoyed when I asked the price (which he did not know). When I politely said thanks but "about $15" was too much for that small item, he yanked the flyer out of my hand, walked away abruptly with an attitude and said "fine" or something not as nice. Wow...
I gave the day and time in case the owner wants to review. I walked out exasperated and thinking I sure hoped that wasn't the owner, but it seems this guy is a liability for the business. To each their own, but I will...

When Americans and Canadians get together, weird things happen. To begin 2021, our group decided to visit local pizza joints to compare and rate. This was one of our locations. See our results below:
We ordered on site for take out. Price for the small pepperoni pizza was $11.80, 6 slices. They took almost 12 minutes to deliver a hot pizza. Cashier's hands were covered with cheese so my change was covered in cheese. Pizza did have a lot of grease with a difficult to eat crust. Sauce on pizza was good, but did have a slight spicy kick. Not sure if it was the pepperoni or sauce. No place to sit even if Covid-19 wasn't an issue. Staff was quick and efficient, but seriously, need to clean your hands before dealing...
