My favorites here are their blended caramelicous, peanut butter power with espresso, white chocolate raspberry coffee and the everything bagel sandwich.
Original review below; I went through the drive through (02/07/2023 5:10pm) and specified that I had a coupon for a free small drink. Held the coupon out along with the barcode for my points/way to pay in the app. She scanned the app first. I asked her about my coupon and was told it just processed for the full amount in the app. Waiting for her to say she would fix it, nothing… just a blank stare. My coupon dropped and I had to open my door to pick it up. At this point another girl comes to the window, I thought to try to help me. Instead, she checked the tips bucket and said there’s only $2. Worst part is that I had selected to add tip through the app.
Edit: After going back 20 minutes later (5:30pm) and walking in, requesting that I get a refund for one of the small drinks in exchange for the paper coupon I had (from the mail) she took my coupon and assured me it was back on my account but that she needed to ring up the charge for only the one drink... I was ended up being charged for a third drink instead of being refunded. I should have only paid for one small blended caramelicous but at this point was paying for three… and somehow another tip which was added after I removed it in the app before she scanned??? ($6.02 for the drink and $0.60 tip = $6.62) This was charged, not refunded.
I called this location today 02/08/2023 1:35pm and requested to speak with the manager after double checking my account and not seeing the issue to be fixed. Tyler the Assistant Manager has taken my name and number and is giving it to upper management to resolve this. I am awaiting their feedback and hopefully a refund of $13.24 to my checking account or as credit on the application.
Received a follow up call at 10:15 (02/09) The charges will be taken care of. I have adjusted my rating back to 5 stars as this was the first time they’ve made an error and now they are fixing it. I’m an avid customer and appreciate the care I’ve received.

Someone has been sprinkling the love on this place. From the cleanliness of the tidy dining room to the responsive service inside and drive through you can feel the vibe that you are going to get good things and get them with a genuine smile.
Idk if it's just a manager who cares or if a magic ray of sunshine touched this place but seriously the worst thing that I've ever experienced here was a long line for the awesome they have inside.
If you are going to scooters go to this one and tip well.
Inside has a unique cozy loft for meetings that is cool. Clean restrooms and I mean every time.
I've gotten my girlie daughter many a Foo Foo here as well as stopped with my wife during a long bike ride. Weather we were clean and perky or sweaty and tired they treated us like royalty and served up the killer joe with bells on their toes.

Read moreEDIT AUGUST 16,2024 I am upset with this establishment. Not only have I got incorrectly or terribly made poor quality drinks 5 SEPARATE times in the last 2 months. I've also seen employees smoking marijuana on the side of the building. It's hard for me to believe that there is any care or customer service. I complained and a female manager said sorry new employees...I was told that I would receive a $30 credit on my scooters account and I never received it. Because of the issues and I think I'm all done with this scooters.I don't know if I will ever go there ever again.
