. Let me first say I ordered a sandwich waited 45 minutes with disgusting cheese steak sandwich. The guys that preparing the food is not clean. I literally watch one guy cooking on the grill with a pair of gloves then run over to the register with the same gloves handling money. Not only that, he was touching other things, scratching his hairy head, then cutting the bread making sandwiches without changing his gloves nor wash his hands. Not one time did he remove the gloves with his nasty self. Neither has he washed his hands. All three guys look dirty. They also needs to cover their hair from flying in people food. I ordered the sandwich paid for it and threw it in the garbage wasted my I wasted my hard earned dollars. They don't deserve Not even a one star. It's a very nasty store. The workers needs to stop feeding the public burnt and stale grilked sandwiches . They also needs to take care of their hygiene, wash hands all times, change gloves quiet frequently do not touch money with gloves and uses the same to prepare food. The food inspector needs to visit this store location quiet...

Most people know this already, I know it too, but I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting. Went to get a sandwich. A older gentleman (maybe the manager) was making about 20 sandwiches at once. Fine if you can handle all that. Apparently he can’t. If you can’t sir, please do them one at a time. I walked to my car for a second to get something. Big mistake for not standing there while they made my sandwich. Usually it’s a young lady and she’s always done a great job. This guy I never seen before. When I come back the sandwich is made but remember I didn’t watch him make it. I get home which is far, so I can’t go back to find out all the bacon is missing from my club sub, so I paid for a sandwich that included bacon and never got it. Well I guess that saves money for your company. They will have extra bacon for free now. If you order online check your sandwich. Unwrap them. If you show up in person WATCH them make it. Don’t leave. Never trust them or any fast food place. They are rushing and will mess up your order as soon as you decide to trust them. Thanks for the wrong sandwich and it was as extremely flat. This was the most disgusting jersey mikes that I’ve ever visited. I ordered a big kahuna cheesesteak. The meat was dry nasty and over cooked, the bread was stale and hard and there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich. There was something yellow that had the appearance of a scrambled egg. I knew the minute I walked in that my order wasn’t going to be right.

Update: I spoke with Ricardo this morning who advised me to come in with the receipt for a refund. When I got to the store another associate helped me and called the manager on the phone. I was able to sense his unprofessionalism by what he was relaying to his employee. He advised him to tell me to come back tomorrow so that he can look at the sandwich (btw: this would make the sandwich two days old! Ewww!) It wouldn’t surprise me if he wanted to scrape the meat off to use for another sandwich.. What a joke. This place is not even clean.. take a look for yourself.
