My husband ordered food from here yesterday. The delivery was taking almost two hours. When he called to complain, the owner kindly delivered the food himself and then offered a discount for the next time we ordered. So we decided to order again today. We ordered a simple baked ziti, garlic knots and garlic bread. My father in law called after 1 hour to find out what was going on with our delivery. Ultimately, two hours later, still no food. I called to have the order canceled (I'm 8 months pregnant and was very hungry at that point.) The girl on the phone never once apologized. When I pointed that out, all she said was "ok". Tonight my husband posted a review to google and received nothing but arguments from whomever is in charge of the google reviews. Never an apology! We will never order from here again. They need to hire people that ACTUALLY understand customer service. Thankfully Two Tony's pizza came to the rescue. We'll just order from there from now on. Also, in regards to the response of my husband's review on Google, not once in any of our phone calls was any inappropriate language used. And the pure fact that the girl that answered the phone was able to locate our order using our address, tells me that this was known to be a delivery. NOT A PICK UP! Not a good look to lie instead of just owning up to having poor service over the last couple of days and ACTUALLY apologizing.
Edit as a response to the owners response: that's fine. Please do post it. That will only prove further the lack of customer service. Why would we call in an order, provide the credit card number and DELIVERY address if we planned to pick it up?? Not to mention, call twice as a follow up to find out where our order is? If one of your employees entered it as a pick up by mistake, shouldn't they have told us it was showing as a pick up? That information was never relayed. Therefore, your employees clearly understood it was a delivery. Once again, horrible customer service and awful response as a...
Read morePasquale's IV Pizzeria is a very friendly warm cozy family restaurant. I used to go to the Pizza Hut all the time because it was close to my home but one day while shopping with the family at the Aviation plaza my son Akram noticed Pasquale Pizzeria on the opposite side of the plaza. The wife and my other 2 kids also turned down my pizza Hut suggestion so "in" we went to Pasquale. We were greeted with a smile and friendly service. The pizza pies we ordered (1 with cheese the other jalapenos) didn't take long to come to our table and the owner warned us to be careful because it just came out of the oven but the smell made it so hard to wait. The pizza's were delicious and my wife and kids loved every bite and ofcourse my son took credit for choosing a "real" pizza restaurant giving his younger brother and sister a fist pump. Sorry Pizza Hut you are no more. So glad we now go routinely to Pasquale's for delicious food, friendly owners, and exceptional service. Try them and see. Regards Ihab Abounaja PS- Try the cheese steak its out of this world. For desert the zeppoles will make your...
Read moreCustomer service is very very rude!! I placed an order for the restaurant that I found on Google. It (automatic ordering response system) sent me an email that said it would be ready by 6:01pm. I went to the restaurant and parked in front...I noticed that it was busy inside so I waited a few minutes to give them a bit more time. I called before entering the restaurant and was told that it would be an additional 10 minutes. Ok so I waited 15 minutes... I went in with my daughter to pick up her pizza and was told that it would be 5 more minutes very rudely.
Ok, so I'll just take my money elsewhere to a place that appreciates their customers. So, I asked her to cancel my order.
She said no problem. I left the store.
I called upon leaving to ask when to expect my funds to go back on my card and the male who answered the phone gave me an attitude and says 'I don't have time to sit on the phone with you, I have other things to do.'
Ok... I will never step foot in this...
