Arby's — Restaurant in Litchfield

Had coupon on my phone, and took 3 people to figure out, if they would accept it, even the manager, when it was an "Arby's ", Coupon, and took a long time in the drive through. Employees not very nice,nor did they even say hello, just opened the window, and said the amount due. Everyone should be educated and made aware of EVERY Coupon your company offers!!! There is No Excuse!!! Sandwiches did not taste fresh and the fries were barely Warm and Soggy. We buy the food, to have it Fresh, cooked to order. You need to add more Sandwiches with enough meat on your $1 Menu board. There's a lot of competition out there, to go too. In Florida, your restaurants offer a sheet of coupons in customer's Bags, or they hand them out, you all Never offer this. Everything is overpriced, you really need to lower them, and offer much better...

We stopped on our way home from Springfield on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. The establishment was not busy. I am disappointed in the cleanliness of this restaurant. The tables seemed to have been wiped off with a greasy towel. I found a bottle of blue disenfectent spray and cleaned off our table myself with napkins. The counters by the registers and drink/condiment bars were gross and needed wiped off. Its obvious that they haven't been cleaned in quite sometime. The floors were littered with straw wrappers, pieces of fries, and just dirty. The staff seemed to lack the maturity to have service with a smile or to proud enough to keep their place of employment clean. With all that said the good was received...

I ordered lunch for my coworkers, 4 identical orders, one check. I politely asked for each sandwich and order of fries to be sacked separately, each sack to contain 1 packet each of catsup, bbq sauce and horsey sauce while at the drive through speaker. This was my second attempt in the last couple of months and neither time they followed instructions, just gave me extra sacks. That's not what I asked for, and it's not a big request.

Litchfield has many fast food options and I definitely won't give Arby's a 3rd...
