Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Litchfield

Not one to do bad reviews. However, we ordered and paid thru the app. When picking up was told it wasn’t paid for and my husband being the one to never question, paid again. Paid twice for one sandwich and it was even the wrong one. Still at this point stuff happens and move on. Called to ask for one of the charges to be removed and was told a manager would have to call back. No call. Called that evening and night person said the charge would be voided and to call in the morning to make sure.

Called to speak a Manager the next morning. I was the bad guy and was told it would take 3-5 days. Again it’s not the mistake it’s how you handle to correct it!!!!!!!! This was not handled well at all and I certainly will think twice about going back. The app is deleted. Unfortunately the manager is the one that blew it for me returning because the other two employees were very nice...

Subs so slow you'll freak! Honestly this might be the slowest Jimmy Johns in the United States of America. They just cannot get it together to the point it this restaurant has become something of a source of bemusement to me and my family. You might get the food you actually ordered or not that's a coin flip but there is a 0% chance you will get it so fast you'll freak or even timely at all. It doesn't matter if you get delivery, drive through, or go order from the counter. The best way might be the drive through because other customers get so fed up they will straight up drive away regularly. One year later and things have changed. Very very friendly staff very cordial very polite. Very fast ask a lot of questions to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Someone has changed this store into a good Jimmy John's. Everyone who work there had a friendly attitude. I changed my rating to a five star because of this. The young men from a year ago were not present. Thank you!

You may not like your job if that is the case then get a new one. Sandwich was okay service was pretty fast of my God the attitudes of these guys behind the counter is absolutely horrible. The owner ought to be ashamed for hiring such rude people. Be kind to others or it will come...
