I encountered this McDonalds establishment on a rainy Friday afternoon in March of 2019. The girls and I were well on our way to Nashville for the weekend. A super friendly yet somewhat awkwardly disturbing older gentleman came up behind me while ordering. He wore a ball cap and a nonthreatening, soft, plaid flannel. He looked to be well into his 60s. The gentleman was very adimate about making sure the lines were organized in front of the registers, and that the next person went up to order in a timely fashion. He took no hesitation in guiding strangers up to the line. I was slightly discontented by the man's entrance into my personal space and touch to my shoulder, however, I was aware that he had no ill intentions. He saw me and some girlfriends laughing after we ordered. He asked if we were having a good time. We were in fact having good time, so Kelsey answered with the positive retort.
Also, after I ordered a chicken salad, I asked young employee for my drink cup. She said I'd receive the cup upon the time where with my order was offered up. I was slightly vexed by this response. Consequently, I complained to my own party about this. I believe the employee heard our petty conversing over my insignificant afflication because she pulled out and offered a cup to me quite promptly. I then felt remorse for making such an ordeal of my minor inconvenience.
Later, a small little girl stared at me for an extended period of time in the restroom while we both waited for a stall to render open. She looked about ten years of age or so. She reminded me of the little girls I had encountered during many summer passed that I spent as a camp counselor. Who really knows why the youth had her eyes fixed on me. Perhaps I reminded her of someone she knew. Or maybe she was simply analyzing my clothing choice of a plain jeans and an oversized tshirt with the word "Nashville" across the front. Maybe it was simply the genuine curiosity of a young mind taking in and making observations of the world around them. Who really could say what her thoughts were. A child's mind is as an ungated pathway to wonderous imaginations.
All in all, twas a pleasant encounter. Hot caramel...

Read moreWorst experience at a McDonald's ever. The cashier was rude and aburbt. Seemed annoyed that you would ask for what you ordered because he wasnt listening or paying attention. Not just me, but the person before me and the one after. And there was only 3 people in line. Took forever to get my hot tea. That's all I ordered. Once seated. There were only two older couples in the store. The workers were loudly complaining about customers coming through the drive through. Using the customers name, and I heard the F word from the workers twice. The xmas music was blaring. The overall vibe from the staff was not good or friendly. I was there to get some work done and enjoy some tea. I left and...
