I prepaid and ordered at 830p online with a 910p pick up time. I got there at 9:13 and called them to let them know that I wanted to add a Bahama Mama to my order based on the recommendations of their hold music. They told me it would add about another five minutes. I called about 15 minutes later and they told me that my waffle fries were out of stock for the night and that they were cooking my wonton tacos. I told them that my pickup time was for 15 minutes earlier and they told me their kitchen was behind. They also said it should only be about another five minutes. They came out to the car to obtain the funds for the drink however, I told them that they needed to refund the cost of the waffle fries and that I would pay the difference for the cost of the drink. She came back and took off $.75 off the drink order and told me that I owed the difference and I then proceeded to explain math to her how they improperly calculated that amount and how I should only owe about $.27-$.30. About 40 minutes after I got there, they brought the food out to the car with the drink and you can look at the pictures that I posted of the quesadillas. These were horrendous! I’d asked for just the meat and cheese and this is what I was given for my daughter! If I hadn’t already spent 40 minutes waiting on my food, I would’ve taken it back in. This is the second bad experience that I’ve had there. On August 1, my sister and I along with my eight-year-old daughter went and there was a roach walking around the inside of the restaurant on top of the booths and the Manager killed it with his hands. I tried to grab the attention of the bartender who was not Omar and he.was a little short with me. When he came to the table, I told him I did not appreciate Attitude towards me was. At that point, he started to argue with me and tell me that I should be ashamed of how I’m treating him. I was trying to explain to him that I do not like being treated that way by a server, and I pointed at him and he blew up at me. At that point, I stood up and he said where are you going? I said I am going to talk to the manager. He said no you’re not you’re going to sit right down. I went to the manager and the bartender followed while speaking to the manager. I told him what it happened, and I said I am inclined not to tip him based off of his attitude. The bartender responded to me, Lyon better.” The manager jose at that point asked what I would like to make things better and I said I wanted an apology from the Bartender. Jose asked the bartender for an apology for me and the bartender refused. Jose at that point said there’s nothing else I can do. When I asked for the bartenders first name so I may name him in the complaint Jose would not give it to me. I replied that o can read and if he had a name tag on I would get his name. Then I was told his name was Chris. I asked for the number for corporate and Jose told me that posting a message on the website was the quickest way for a response. Read moreWell, to start it off me and my family came to this location for dinner. The server Stephanie was really nice, when everyones food came out over an hour after it was ordered. My wife got two cheese burger sliders (the buns were hard as a rock) all the plates were extremely hot, indicating that the food sat in the window the entire time. Everyones food came out, besides mine of course, no explanation about my food, I was just asked what I ordered again and said "thats right it will be out in a few minutes." Joking with my family I said they probably accidentally gave it to the wrong person. Stephanie came back to the table and took full ownership of the situation, saying she honestly forgot to put my food in and i respect her for not putting the blame on the kitchen. She also stated that the manager put it on the fly so it came out first. My food never arrived until my family was completely done eating. She offered a free desert but I just wanted meal taken off the bill. As we were paying, after the card was swiped, we realized it was the total with the meal still on there. The manager FINALLY came to the table, not apologizing about the food, but asked to see my food in the bag and said the kitchen put gravy and bbq sauce on my chicken and said it would take a long time to recook. He said he can whip some wings up real quick. He kept blaming everything on the server, which she did mess up but as a manager it is HIS restaurant, HIS employees.
