The absolute WORST customer service I’ve encountered in a VERY long time. Placed my order at 7:12, my sister placed her order at the same time. Pulled into the drive thru at about 7:20 and my app said it was ready. She told me she was not giving me my order that I needed to come in and I told her I was unable to as I had my young child in the car. Everywhere else just hands me my food through the drive thru. She told me to come back in 10 minutes because my order wasn’t ready. I pulled around and parked because they were busy. 7:31 I pull back through and she says my order didn’t exist, I offered to give her my order number and receipt and she refused to take the info and just kept telling me to hold on. She came back and read off my order and I had made a mistake and ordered a starry instead of the peaches and cream lightning thing they had and I asked her if she could switch it. She told me to pull up to the window, so I did. She proceeded to show me the order information and said she was giving me the starry because that is what was on the order and I told her just to keep it because that’s not what I wanted. She said she was going to give it to me anyways and I told her I’d leave it on the ground by the window because that’s not what I wanted. I do realize that I made a mistake, who knew it was that big of deal. She continued to argue with me and I asked her to just give me my food and she told me “when it was ready.” She finally handed me my food, of course I did not eat it because after being yelled at by her, I’m not going to trust the food she made. I informed her I was calling corporate and she told me that it was fine, she gave me what I ordered.. out of the WHOLE argument, she handed the the peaches and cream lighting drink after making a huge deal out of the fact I made a small mistake.. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE TOOK NEARLY 45 minutes.. I pulled back into my garage at 8:15. Definitely will not be using this...
Read moreI usually don't leave bad reviews but this store was horrible to visit today. I arrived at the time for my online order and wasn't even greated on entering being the only customer in store to pick up the online order. I stood there for a few minutes until a gentlemen finally noticed my presence. Seemed English wasn't his primary language based on how he was communicating with me. He asked for the name of order and I provided. Then waited for about 5-10 minutes without any other communication. He came back and said drink I ordered was not available, so selected another drink. My son's drink was incorrect as it was missing from my order where they didn't have Milk or a Capri Sun for him, didn't tell me before I left the store. I went back in store to correct order since I was missing my son's drink and waited for another few minutes at the counter until someone acknowledged me. The staff seemed annoyed with my presence there.
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to and I will never be back to this KFC store again. Guess they have nothing better to do than sit over and play with their phone while customers just watch them on their phone, at least the drive thru employee. The store was not busy at all and makes me wonder why, but now I understand based on my latest experience there. I recommend visiting another KFC, unless you want to potentially receive your order incorrectly or feel like you are bothering the employees, then visit...
Read moreI ordered online. I followed the instructions on the app to go into the store to pick it up, but the door was locked. I stood there for a moment staring at multiple employees who definitely saw me. I went back to the car and tried to call them. They kept picking up and hanging up.
Finally I headed to the drive thru and waited in the line. When I got to the speaker, I explained that we had placed a pickup order, and the employee instantly got an attitude and said I was supposed to knock on the door until someone came. Mind you, there is no sign or anything, and they saw me and continued to talk to each other.
She then tells me to pull around, and she'll prop the door open. She put a caution sign you use to notify someone the floor is wet in between the doors and walked away.
Never again will I go to this KFC. It wasn't the confusing pickup. It was the attitude the drive thru cashier gave me for not being clairvoyant and knowing to beg to be let in to pickup an order for which I'd already paid. Everyone in there looked 17 or younger.
