Loved it! You can play games and eat here but you don't have to do both! The best time to go is in the morning when it isn't as busy. But the most specials and discounts happen at night.
-Restaurant- We actually made a reservation on the way there on my phone. You can probably walk in and request a table without a reservation but there could be a wait. There is also a bar and the most amout of tvs that ive ever seen in one place, ever lol. I counted about 22 all in the resturant section. There are also more private tables that have their own tv and section. its still open and people can see you but its more private than sitting at a regular table. My elderly family member walks with a walker and had to move tables three different times to make sure she could sit properly. The host (Ashley) was very kind and acted like it was no big deal. It wasn't a problem at all. I think it also helped that all the tables were clear since we were the first ones eating. (We got there a little after they opened). The drinks were super good and so was the food. It is a bit more expensive than your usual takeout place. About $15 for a chicken wing plate and about $20 for a pasta. The drinks can run from $2 (small kids menu drink) to around $4. Im not sure about the alcoholic drinks. Im sure they're more expensive. The appetizers come quickly. I ordered the cheese sticks and the chips and cheese dip. Both were great and about $10 each. I was a bit disappointed by the pasta I ordered. It was the chicken pasta and the menu showed a picture of a crispy chicken patty on top of what looked like an Alfredo pasta with tomatoes. What I got was a different type of pasta with no tomatoes and smaller pieces of grilled chicken instead. I should've kindly spoken up about it and I think it would've been replaced. It was alright. I wouldn't order it again but i did finish it and it didn't taste bad. Just keep that in mind when ordering. I also ordered the smore cheesecake. very pretty and very good. Its more of a chocolate cheesecake than a smore cheesecake really. It tastes exactly the way you'd expect a good chocolate cheesecake to taste like. Our server(Bryant) was awesome! He talked to us about basketball and checked on us a lot. He gave us plenty of take out containers when we asked. He was the best! We gave him a nice tip. Our food was about $80 all together, not including tip. (2 appetizers, 3 main dishes, 1 desert, and 3 drinks). -Cons- -Expensive. Bring more cash than expected just in case. Remember it's around $10 for appetizers and deserts, around $16 for main dishes, and around $4 for drinks. -Make sure the dish you will order looks like the picture. Ask the waiter to be sure -Bathrooms are all the way in the back past the arcade. No restrooms by the restaurant so you have to walk a bit. Lowkey inconvient if my family member needed to use the restroom. Or for other disabled individuals.
-Arcade- Pretty cool! Lots of different games (dance games, deal or no deal, shooting and throwing games, ring toss, basketball games, ski ball, ticket winning games, and punching and kicking games). I bought two game cards (which you need to play games with. You cant play without it) and chose the lowest amount offered, which is $22 dollars. It ran me about $50 total. There is a first time card fee (around $4 each card i think) and I'm not sure if you can put lower amounts of money on the card. Like $5 or $10 or even just a few dollars. I couldnt see why not though. You can buy items if you win tickets. The tickets are automatically placed on your card, no physical titickets. You can buy items with your tickets and almost all of the items cost a lot of tickets just like every other arcade haha. I saw an air fryer and foot massager as some big prizes and ink pens and braclets for small prizes. Very cool and nice employees. -cons- -Expensive costs -Expensive ticket items -No place to sit when youre not...
Read moreThis whole experience was completely embarrassing for me. My family drove down from out-of-town to celebrate my daughter's graduation and she chose to come here to ensure that everyone would have a good time. We really did enjoy the games, but the restaurant side of this establishment was a completely different story. The trainee that was assisting us did an awesome job in my book! Thank you for trying your best to assist us. The trainer Jessica however didn't make the experience good at all. 1. She used profanity in front of the children that were present because the trainee made a mistake with our order. 2. We received some of our appetizers after our meals. 3. Our meals were brought out very staggered (my Mom received her meal after I we finished ours). 4. Our receipt was total chaos. I do feel that this experience would have been way better if the manager were better trained with handling the register. The issue we had was that there were a lot of items added to our receipt that were supposed to be taken off. To fix the issue he gave us a "discount" to take care of those erroneous inserts. So, when it came time to pay we all asked about military discounts and were unable to use them because it input the previously removed items back on our receipts. I suggested that the manager basically redo the whole transaction because the receipt made no sense at all. And to make matters worse some of my family paid in cash and never received a receipt for their payments and were told they were unable to provide us with a copy because it would show all transactions made from the table. What was confusing was we were being charged over $20 for an item listed as other that no one in the establishment could explain to us..... We waited for over an hour for the manager to reprocess the payments just to find out that he couldn't fix the issue because he restarted the computer. Not once did he provide an explanation about this process. We had to ask another server for his whereabouts. At this point all we wanted was a complete receipt for the entire table to include cash payments so we could contact corporate. Of course, the manager explained that he was unable to assist because as a manager he's not allowed to close out tickets..... Someone else on duty suggested that he close out the ticket under one of the servers accounts.... overall, I wish I was able to give a zero-star rating because this was a horrible and not to mention...
Read moreDo yourself a favor and just stick to the games here! I’m so disgusted/disappointed by the bar and restaurant experience I had here. While the kids were playing games, I decided to have a drink at the bar. I asked for a glass of water while I decided on my drink. The bartender brought the water and I asked a question about one of the cocktails. The bartender didn’t seem to think it was the best option, so I told her I needed more time. She then aggressively told me she needed to see my ID. Okay, that’s fine, but I haven’t ordered yet…and what’s with the attitude?!? So I show her my ID and she goes on about her business. I sat there for a good 15 minutes trying to get her attention. Not once did she look in my direction or come back over to get my order. I finished my water and left.
Later, we visited the restaurant to eat dinner. The server was extremely slow and we couldn’t find her at times. After placing our drink orders, she brought the water and never brought the other drinks. When she finally came back to take our order, I asked about the other drinks and she hurriedly went to go get them. The food was awful. The chicken quesadillas were thrown together and the peppers inside weren’t cooked. They didn’t taste the best, so I had to dip them in honey mustard sauce to make it taste better. The philly cheesesteak was the same, the onions were missing, peppers not cooked and steak/mushrooms overcooked. It was clear that they were both thrown together in a hurry. I ordered cheesecake dip for dessert. It was supposed to come with sugar crisps for dipping. It came with some chocolate cookie things. I asked the server about it and her response was that it came with 2 options. Well…the menu only lists 1 option. She went to ask the kitchen about it and said they only had the chocolate cookies. I’m not a fan of chocolate, but I liked the actual dip so decided to keep it. Another guest ordered the brownie tower. It was cute, but the brownies were tough and not warm. This was just a terrible experience all around. I will never...
