Fazoli's — Restaurant in Little Rock

We came here on a Friday evening before Labor Day. There was barely anyone here which surprised me because the food is so delicious and they have a great coupon going on if you belong to their text program.

The employees are so warm and welcoming. The manager Linda was especially attentive and generous.

I had order our family meal online. When we got here I ordered an Italian sub. I didn’t pay any attention to the recipe until they asked if we had an Italian ice (drink) as well. I stated that we did not however I was still waiting for my Italian sub. I looked at the recipe and the sweet cashier had made a simple mistake. No sweat, I started walking to the register to get the price adjustment as the sandwich is significantly more expensive.

Yet Linda stopped me and handed me the drink and said she is going to take care of the sub at no charge. They had the sandwich back to be before I could finish writing the review.

Linda, you are a perfect example of what providing excellent customer service looks like. You are doing a fantastic job at leading your team by example.

We will definitely be back to enjoy the delicious food you...

I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was hot. That was the best thing about it. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it had more soybean oil than cream or butter. The chicken in the Chicken Alfredo was so salty that my friend, who likes lots of salt, couldn't eat it. Chicken Parmesan was OK except the "chicken breast" didn't seem like a real piece of breast; more like the kind that is pressed together. Creepy texture.

Items were missing from the order: breadsticks for each of three entrees, a piece of pizza that was supposed to be part of a combo (got my money back via Uber Eats for that one), and the chocolate cheesecake had no sauce, even though my order stipulated it.

The house salads were OK, although the vinaigrette was made with soybean oil (said so on the package). Cheesecake (plain and chocolate) were OK

I hate giving bad reviews. I'm sure these people are great. Maybe the atmosphere of the restaurant can make it more pleasant. But everything we ordered tasted like it was made of the cheapest ingredients, and warmed over...

📞d & spoke to 2nd in command of the store, mgr. Ms.Gabrielle prior to making a call in to pick up order of food. She took the time to tell me her veggies for a specific specialty🍕I needed & assured me she could facilitate my particular needs for the order. I did as she instructed & made my call in order a little while later for said🍕. We came in & ordered the rest of our food in person. The teeny, weeniest, tiniest munchkin of a lil girl took our order with just enough attitude & misinformation for me to pick it up... but it was ignored because I was honestly too tired to give a shyt. ☝🏿However...The food order made & received was Top Notch Work👍🏿 My special🍕I needed was the best I've had in Quite Some Time!! Shout out & Many Thankx to Ms.Gabrielle who was very sweet & the crew member(s) that created our order for us....well done Dears....Well...
