GiGis Lounge — Restaurant in Little Rock

This is my second awful experience; once for the Eric Ware fundraiser last week and the second being the Olivia (Genuine Latrice Perez) fundraiser last night. Very poor customer service as a whole. Horrible wait time not only to place a food or drink but also long wait time to receive said. City Director Virgil Miller had to leave his seat and come to the bar and still had to walk over to the staff (who were sitting down and eating - phone surfing and conversation among themselves as if there were no customers in the building. Food - Chicken tenders overcooked brown with the burnt taste of unfiltered grease. French fries were not fresh not hot not crispy. Mozzarella cheese sticks cold to touch as well as overly seasoned. Grey Goose Dirty Martini - very bitter garnished with lemon on the rim of the glass and two petite olives dropped in the drink served in a champagne glass. Very poor experience across the board - a black owned black owned black employees business we must do better as a culture. Training ❓‼️

I was disappointed with my experience. The food was good, but the rest of the atmosphere and service really fell short. The entertainment felt recycled from other venues with little variety, seating was very limited, and guests weren’t allowed to stand by the bar (even the DJ was telling people to move). The bartenders were rude and unprofessional—one tried to keep my change instead of returning it, and another stopped making my drink when I asked for top-shelf liquor instead of the cheaper house option, despite my tipping generously. Unfortunately, the poor service and restrictive environment overshadowed the good food. They don’t give change back, the bathroom tissue and paper towels need to be put up for good sanitation practices and I guess they expect people to go outside instead of...

This place was an unpleasant experience! The bartenders were rude, no one could tell me where to order food from, and there was limited sitting area. The seat I was sitting in, I was asked to move because the section was bought out after I had already been there for over two hours, so technically there was no free seating unless you wanted to sit behind the pool table which had less than 10 seats! The waitress who took my friend’s drink order charged me twice for the drink after complaining to us about how people have been walking out on her the whole night and not paying. Also, I had the same drink twice and paid two different amounts which was also weird because the drinks were complete trash. I did not get a lounge vibe from this...
