I used to order Irianas at least twice a week in 1999-2002, it was the best pizza I ever had, but then moved away. Moved back 3 weeks ago and was asking my new coworkers if they ever had Irianas. Most said no and I questioned their sanity for working so close to Irianas and never ordering their pizza. I finally got my Irianas fix yesterday after work and now I’ll be spending all day Monday asking my coworkers for their forgiveness and trying to convince them that I DO know what “great pizza” is! Not only was the pizza nothing at all like I remembered; there wasn’t much toppings, cheese, or sauce. The crust was terrible and there was just so much of it. There wasn’t any flavor at all. I never use parmesan cheese, always tell pizza places I don’t need any. I’m thankful they didn’t ask, and just sent some with it. So not only very disappointed about the pizza, but also the customer service. I called up there to ask if I accidentally got pepperoni instead of the Italian sausage I ordered, explaining it didn’t look like the Irianas I soooooo remembered from years ago, and the girl asked the “manager” next to her, all while disparaging me, said I was “freaking out”, pretty much suggesting I was being a Karen, when all I did was explain how I remembered their pizza, what I got, and was ONLY asking a question. Been waiting 20 years to finally get to bring home and feast on my all time favorite pizza, only to truly have one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, and then be mocked and put down for simply...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and bread sticks from this restaurant tonight. I was told that this pizza was good. My wife took one bite of this pizza and started to complain about the lack of taste and flavor. We both ate one slice and that was the duration of our meal tonite as we made the decision that we have made pizza here at our home that was substantially higher quality than the pizza I paid almost $30 for at this restaurant. The crust was like cardboard, they put diced mushrooms on the pizza, the breadsticks were nothing but big inedible dough and to top it off the pizza was so incredibly dry. The pizza sauce was almost non existent. I had to use the cup of sauce provided with the breadsticks to be able to in any way get the pizza down. My frustration is that I have heard people Brag on this restaurant and their products before. I really don't understand if I just received a horrible, low quality product tonight or if this is the norm. My wife stated that we would have been better off ordering pizza from Larry's Pizza or Domino's as opposed to what we received tonite. I have had some disappointment at restaurants, to live in West Little Rock and drive 20 minutes downtown to pick up an order and it end up being this horrible was one of the worst experiences I've ever had when dealing with a...
Read moreSo many problems, where to begin... the beginning of the experience I suppose. When I called to place my order for pick up, I asked how much it'd cost me for extra cheese, after not being able to find the answer, the lady on the phone says, "I don't know, man." Good customer service calls for a "sir" or a "ma'am" if I'm not mistaken. Then, while I was waiting on my order, I noticed 2 different signs they had posted telling customers that they would be more than happy to serve them once they got off of their cell phones. Umm what? Don't tell a customer not to be on their phone IN THE WORLD OF THE CELL PHONE. If a customer is too involved in their phone to order, then don't take their order until they are ready, because that's your job. Another thing I first noticed was how all the employees/servers looked like bums. Sweatpants and hoodies. Then after being told my wait would be 2 more minutes and waiting 10, I had to ask if I could get my pizza that I saw sitting there. She proceeded to ask me my name for the 5th time and confirmed it was my pizza. I then had to remind them that I had ordered a Coke to go as well. All in all, bad experience. Pizza was okay'sh. This is one family owned company that I won't be coming back to, take some pride in your work that you do FOR...
