All I can say is outstanding customer service. The workers kept the establishment clean and were very sufficient. This location is a nice area near my hotel and others. Absolutely great attitudes from the restaurant staff as well as customers. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Not to forget to mention amazing food and jus above and beyond service overall. Long story short, I found myself lost for over maybe 3 hours after my phone battery died at a local coffee shop jus 1 minute from my Lyft drivers set arrival. Needless to say, in Summer 3 digit temperature, it was definitely not ideal to not have any way of navigating back to my hotel. I was fortunate to find this specific restaurant was welcomed w/ open armz and decided to grab a bite to eat before continuing my search lol Mahalo (Thank you) Wasabi Sushi, Bar & Grill staff, management and owners for making me feel so welcome and providing a temporary device charger so I could find my way back to my hotel. Read moreThree of us went in to eat and we all ordered at the same time. Let's start off with our server. I didn't get his name but he is a young man. He moved at the pace of an actual snail and wasn't prepared at all. He didnt even have a pen to take our order at first. They brought my buddies food out and then our other friend and I were left waiting. It took 5 minutes and they finally brought out my food as well. He didnt ask us if we needed anything else and he didn't ask how my buddies food was considering he was already well into his meal. After a few more minutes I got up and addressed him that we were still waiting on a meal to which he said he didn't even hear or write down. He didn't apologize and he was just a bit rude. Which is just enough because you dont do that to a customer. I was not rude in the slightest. Read moreThe waiter was so rude it was unbelievable. We had just sat down and already gotten attitude from him. We then ordered the filet mignon and lobster. Both orders of that were so tough to eat. The wasabi roll was burnt to where it was inedible and it was super cold on the inside. Yet when asking about this they said oh well this is part of the experience of the roll. Didn’t know something tasting inedible is the experience. When asking if this could be taken of the bill because it was not going to be eaten since it was not made right everyone on the staff threw a fit. In front of everyone who was in the restaurant.
