Wendy's — Restaurant in Little Rock

PLEASE!!!! If you've never tried the APPLE PECAN SALAD, Please do so ASAP. This salad is so good, with the grilled chicken, apples, pecans & Bleu Cheese. I didn't think I would like the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing, but B-A-B-Y let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS. I promise this salad will become one of your favorite Wendy's choices. Lol, you can Thank me later.

UPDATE, MAY 17, 2023 Last night, my sister and I went through the drive thru at the location on 8th and Broadway, Little Rock AR. We both ordered the Taco salad and request separate bags because we're going to separate addresses.

The young person working the window was not giving me "Thank you for choosing Wendy's, how many I help you". As we're being polite, pressing ALL of the right buttons, she NEVER reciprocated. Her attitude was evident from the speaker box to the window. We said thank you when we handed her our card, thank you when she gave us our food but her ONLY response was 🦗🦗🦗! We both got home and there was NO Sour cream in either of our bags, but the receipt clearly said SOUR CREAM!!!

Ms Wendy's or Ms Wendy's Daddy, PLEASE tell your window people that they are the face of your business and if they're not putting on a Good face for your business, you're going to LOSE business. I realize the doors will not close at this location JUST because I'll not be a return customer, but if enough people read my review, it might make a difference, in a bad way. Window people...

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. My husband and I ordered our sandwiches, paid, and drove up the the delivery window. The young lady at the counter shoved a bag at us while asking what we ordered. My husband got half of "one Dave's double...." out before she slammed the window, and ran away. She of course came back to ask what we ordered a second time because she had forgotten, and hadn't listened completely in the first place. She then ran away AGAIN before my husband could get out that we had also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. He then asked her to come back to the window to clarify. She yelled that she "had already heard yall"(us). She then all but throws our bag at us, and slams the window again. No thanks, little girl. My husband went in to get corporate's number, and speak to a manager. She claimed she was the manager, and gave us the number to some random person's voicemail. If this little...individual is ACTUALLY the manager here, I'd question every decision made by any Wendy's corporate employee from here on out. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Lol its just not worth the drama. Sweetheart, if you are reading this, and are actually the manager, get some therapy. People with horrible attitudes rarely lead successful teams. Sharita is a fat nasty POS that makes errors on a consistent basis. Today she made an error with my order and had the nerve to be nasty and belligerent. She refused to check her system to ensure the order was accurate. When i showed her the app and what I ordered she proceeded to tell me oh well she can only go by what the system printed out . She also stole from the store by pulling cash out of the register so that she did not have to be corrected when she pulled up my receipt to refund me through the proper channels . It is my belief that she eats all the food errors in the store and was looking for a free meal today . I have reported her to corporate and I will be calling the corporate number on Monday. This is about BLACK woman making the service industry look real bad . I will also be telling this story to my social media following . I recommend that absolutely NO ONE ever go to this location ever. The service is always sub par when this woman is...
