I went here for lunch and ordered the dollar triple layer nacho with a side of refried beans. Which are the same beans that come on the nachos. They acted like they had no idea what i was asking for and made a huge deal out of it. The lady that was suppose to be training the person who took my order tried to educated me on their terminology. That is not my job to know theirs. Besides refried beans is pretty self explanatory. I even told her (the one in charge) that it is the same beans that come on the triple layer nacho and she still acted dumbfounded. Once she understood she acted like she was doing me a favor on not charging me an extra .15 cents since she told her trainee to order the wrong side of beans. I can not tell you how many times I have order a side of refried beans from taco bell everywhere and NEVER had a problem. They then gave me refried beans with cheese and red sauce in a bowl. Still not what I asked her. When she tried to replace it, i gave up and told her "no, its fine". She was starting talking about how i had the attitude. I also ordered a bean burrito and got a Frito burrito. I guess they really have no idea what refried beans are. Wow. Nothing about that should have been a big deal or hard...

I had to get up at 4:45am to make the drive to the children's hospital for my sons 3 hour procedure. I was tired and frustrated, and the service worker didn't want to help me figure it out. Obviously, they didn't want or need my service that badly. We left.
Not much had changed since my previous attempt to get my kids fed. Though this time we were actually able to get food, the kiosks do not accept coupons. I had to call out several times in order for someone to finally answer me. They are not happy to help as their signage suggests. In fact, they get downright, nasty, and rude. For having to do their job. So, from now on, even if we do get free coupons for the kids to get free tacos again, I am just going to give those coupons away. When I got my food, there was lettuce all over the tacos. I politely drove back through the line and when it was my turn ( again) I told the cashier through the speaker that my tacos still had lettuce on them. She said " well you said just the #4". " no maam, I didn't want lettuce on anything at all" She immediately said " well I didn't hear that. You don't have to be so rude" I was floored. I had been so polite up until that point. I didn't say anything, I just waited for my tacos. When she THREW the bag out of the window, I opened it to find that my 5 tacos with lettuce had been replaced with one singular taco.
