Dunkin' — Restaurant in Littleton

Last couple weeks here have been rough. I feel like they have a lot of new people. Each one of my last 3 visits through the drive through, they have handed me all but one of the things I ordered and wondered why I wasn't leaving. I tell them what I am missing and some scrambling happens and I get it. However, a couple things have been particularly irritating. Yesterday, I ordered a blueberry muffin and almost didn't get a muffin at all, and when I asked for it was told there are no more blueberry. I got a different kind, but didn't really want either of the two they had left. Today we asked for " unsweetened iced hazelnut coffee with cream only, and an unsweetened iced tea with less ice" we ended up with a sweetened iced tea with cream... it was gross and undrinkable. I really hope they get everyone...

Place my order on the mobile app for pick up at the drive thru. I understand lines can be long but a 30min total wait is rediclious.

We'll start with my drink was wrong. When I told the gal she rolled her eyes at me. There is a clear difference between frozen coffee & a frozen hot chocolate. She remade my drink & after handing it to me closed the window. When she had to reopen the window I got another strong eye roll cause I also didn't receive the food my son & I ordered. The sandwiches weren't even in the beginning stages of being made. My son & I sat at the window & waited while they were made.

30 min is a bit much for an on-the-go order & 5 visible people working. ...

I feel like things here have gone down hill recently perhaps because of the pandemic which is of no fault of this particular location however there are regularly extremely long lines and my orders are usually a bit off. The biggest reason for the docked rating is the prominent signage stating that people are unwilling to work which is simply false. There are other options far cheaper than Dunkin’ and unless the local locations live up to higher standards it’s simply not worth the extra cost. I hope that things do improve here again because it’s really convenient and the coffee before was so much better than the other fast food options that it...
