First time ordering delivery from this location, and will be the last. JJ’s is usually such a great customer centric establishment but tonight was a horrible experience. Placed an order at 6:35pm, at 6:50pm received a call that they were out of bread but would have more in 30min, I decided to wait and let them know I was okay with the delay. Called back at 7:32pm and was told my order would be promptly delivered as soon as their driver returned. Called back again 7:59pm, still not ready to deliver. I requested a refund since it was close to an hour and a half delay, I was offered $10 off my next purchase, I declined. They offered to refund my order and still deliver if I let it go, I begrudgingly agreed. It’s now 8:35pm and still no food and I doubt I’ll get a refund, I called again to find out if I should just make different plans and they just threw excuse after excuse but never once apologized or actually tried to be genuine and told me the driver has left it’ll be there soon. At this point I think they are just buying time until the location closes at 9pm. I’ll be reaching out to corporate because wow talk about a horrendous experience. The franchise owner should lose the right to own and operate this location, the employees were terrible on this Friday night and if the health department comes across this, please audit this location. Deli meat and tuna should not be left at room temperature after preparation for hours at a time. Avoid ordering from this location at all costs, freaky fast??? In what world.Update, food arrived at 8:47 and the Tuna sandwiches were puddles of soggy bread, I drove to the the JJ’s and requested they make new ones. 2 and a half hours just to have to drive there and request new food made. I feel bad for the employees, they mentioned several times they are understaffed but at the same time, they could have leveled with me at any point in the 2 and a half hours and just told me what was really going on.Update 2, sandwiches have been remade and we saw how severely understaffed they are, Franchisee doesn’t deserve this location. Read moreUnfortunately I ordered from the wrong location on accident and it wasn't brought to my attention until 45 minutes after my order was made and already on it's way to be delivered. The driver called and asked where exactly my location and assured me he was just a few minutes away and apologized for the delay. About two minutes after that I received a voicemail from the manager, Brianna, stating she was cancelling my order and that I'd have to re order with a location that was within my area. When I called back I let her know that the driver said he was almost here and she continued to tell me my order was cancelled. Then she changed her story stating that she'd call the driver and see if he could still deliver the food but that I couldn't get food delivered again from that store. She never called me back to let me know if my food was going to be delivered or not. I had to call the driver myself to see if he was or not. The driver was very apologetic and respectful however as the for the manager she was very rude and not professional at all. I understand I made a mistake accidentally selecting the wrong location but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to notify a customer that they are not within the delivering parameters and just cancel their order. Read moreI have been going to this Jimmy Johns for a long time and it’s unfortunate That customer service is lacking here. The day prior i had ordered an unwich sandwich for my lunch the next day. Sarah ( or whatever her name is ) took my order …it turned out to be something I didn’t ask for… but Should i mention that Sarah likes to talk over you while you order your food which explains why she probably got my order wrong. I called In and spoke with a manager named Nick ! Nice guy ! He apologized on her behalf and fixed the issue by comping my sandwich … I went in later today to pick up my sandwich.. when I walked in Sarah was in the front, made eye contact with me and said nothing … long story short she was very rude while I was giving her my order, she would roll her eyes and take big breathes as if I were annoying her … then had the audacity to aggressively slap my sandwich on the counter when she was done and walk away…Sarah does not need to work in customer service or the food industry … it wouldn’t surprise me if she brings down the whole moral of that location… she really doesn’t need to employed there.
