Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Live Oak

The manager on duty today, 3/3/24, is an idiot. Had a coupon from an award my child received that expires 30 days from the issued date. There was still a few days left but the manager didn't bother speaking with me or reading the reward. Automatically refused, told the cashier no, and walked away. The reason she told the cashier is because it was issued in February. And? It was issued a week after the first of February one, two, February doesn't even have thirty days. Maybe her uneducated mind couldn't understand that or read simple instructions. How is she even a manager?? Really unprofessional and rude. Speaking of, how many employees are needed at the window. Before I was greeted, two girls were at the window just chit-chatting. When one finished gossiping, then I was greeted.. Side note: I had to show the whole reward to use it then they would rip the coupon part off themselves when redeemed. Common sense would be, Oh let's give the reward back to the parents, but nope they had intended to keep it. I had to ask for it back and for them to just keep the coupon part if they weren't going to honor a valid coupon. Yea, they couldn't even grab a pair a scissors to cut off the coupon where the lines were. They just ripped it off like a heathen. I even offered a pair a scissors I had on-hand beforehand but was ignored. Now the reward my child received looks like a word you can imagine using. Those working at this moment need to be replaced or at least retrained. Horrible. This experience alone has turned me away from cane's from now on. Can't recommend and...

So a while back I did a review about how tiny the chicken was at this location, and stopped going, but then I gave it another shot, much later in the year, and the size was back to normal, hadn't been back in a while, so last night I decided to drop in and I had this feeling when they handed me my order that I should check it, I was getting small chicken vibes. So I opened it while sitting at the light. They did not disappoint, just as I suspected. I ordered Box Combo, they served me chicken nuggets not tenders but charged me full price for tenders. Raising Cane's your officially a rip off chain of people's hard earn money, and don't send me a typical reply of hate to hear you had a bad experience, we aim to please bs you know what your ordering and serving. Keep it! I don't want that either! Now I will say this location has been consistent with courteous welcoming staff, and most of the time faster than chickfila on my visits thru drive thru. However last night drive thru at 9pm hour he was either a new hire, bad day,or just doesn't give a damn, he handed me my food and shut the window. Now I don't expect a conversation at the drive thru window, but I do like to thank and appreciate their service. Don't put someone at the drive thru window with no personality, or leave them at the window when they're clearly having a bad attitude. Bad...

I had not been to a Raising Cane's in quite a while. I like the food but did not live near one. I was really looking forward to eating it again. I went to the location on Pat Booker Rd. and, was immediately put off by the drive thru line that stretched around the building. I almost drove past and began to consider other options, I decided to just make a go of it and get in line. To my surprise, the line moved quickly, the staff were friendly, courteous and, attentive.

Everything was looking up, I got home, my food was hot, my lemonade was tasty, toast was crispy, fries were fresh. It was the size of the tenders that slammed on the brakes avoiding a good review. In my anticipation, of seeing a generous size meal. I had ordered an extra Cane sauce because I recalled the tenders being quite large. What I recieved, were tenders that must have come off of a chick as opposed to a full grown chicken. It so happened, that I never got to the extra sauce.

The taste off the tenders were just as good as I remembered. Everything about this experience was spot on from the staff being friendly and efficient, to the food being well packaged and served hot.
