My purse was stolen last night around 9 p.m. at this location. I admit that I lost track of it because I was already having a bad day because I was already dealing with a hacker that hacked into my Lyft driver account. So my awareness and focus was off. I just wanted to grab a superfood salad go home, eat it, rest, and deal with it again in the morning. So I walked out of the restaurant and went home, and noticed there was no purse to grab upon getting out of the car. I immediately drove back to the habit. The manager on duty didn't have access to rewinding camera footage. Only DM's and GM'S have access and neither were there at the time. The DM happened to come in this morning, but did not extend exceptional customer service to me. He just sat in a corner of the restaurant, acting like his conference call with keeping him from at least acknowledging that I was there. He'll out the GM to take care of it by himself the whole time. So first the GM gave me an up close yet blurry pictures of the suspect. Upon trying to leave that's when the DM decided to get up and stop me and act like he actually cared a little bit. He reluctantly gave me pictures that, though they were clear shots, they were also distant shots of the suspect. So I asked the DM if he could pinpoint an up close and clear shot of the suspect along with the logo on his shirt, which looked like a work shirt logo. He told me that he wasn't going to do that.
The fact that The Habit told me that I need to wait on the police to do that, can spend the time submitting pictures to me, but don't care if they help identify the suspect clearly. Because the camera got him at open angles. It would have taken nothing for the DM to take the time and screenshot those open angles to get a full identity description of the suspect. Most thieves come out at night, and they don't have a manager on duty that can simply go to the camera rewind it at the time of purchase and suspicious activity, and assist the police right away. They rather leave it up to a DM or GM that would happen to be on duty, and then it takes them hours and days to retrieve footage accuracy. This is a multi-billion-dollar company, and this is how they have their security system and tactics setup to protect and serve their customers. I am disgusted and it's horror fectly ridiculous how robotic we are towards one another and our sincere service to one another or lack thereof on all levels. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Any company like this that can only provide general customer service is a threat to our communities. They don't even want to pause clear and up close shots of perpetrators that come into their restaurant and voilate their customers. Might I add that is been 6 days and Lyft still refuses to give me my earnings because they freeze my account and are going to contact me when they feel like it. Can you believe that!!! And when Lyft does contact me I'm sure it'll only be through email. They're such cowards that hide behind computer screens and allow their Drivers and Riders to be violated and robbed so easily. . . tbc on lyfts...

2.19.24 As always, cashier was super friendly, order was taken quickly, food prepared in approximately 5 mins. & served hot, tables & floor were clean, as was well-stocked condiment/pepper bar. Free parking lot on site. Nice selection of salads, too! Sweet mustard dressing is tangy & yup, sweet. Good team at this location.
12.01.23 Great customer service. Slight wait is worth it for super hot fries, green beans, onion rings. Produce is fresh, nice selection of breads/buns to choose from. Chili peppers are back. We'd enjoyed the banana pepper replacement when chilis were unavailable, but apparently guests preferred chilis or Maybe that was a corporate decision for a better price point. Either way, still 3 types of peppers at condiment bar! Easy on & off 580 just down the street, free parking, usually no problem finding a space.
9.23.23 Seasonal lemonade Passion Fruit & Tangerine still available and our family loves it! Three kinds of peppers at condiments counter: Banana peppers, Pepperocinis, and Jalapeños!

8.12.23 Our family was there during lunchtime rush today. Staff was working hard, like a well-oiled machine, to get orders out quickly. We were impressed. Everything in our order was cooked great, looked great, tasted great. Cashier was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Five stars now.

While not accusing anybody, I wake up this morning to a $2200 charge on my credit card that the company is calling me about. The only place I used the card in that manner was the Habit Burger Grill. Well, I guess it was my fault for not knowing better.I could’ve gone to a restaurant that uses a card reader instead of reading my card number and giving them every bit of information verbally. I would not recommend going to the Habit Burger Grill until they modify this process and provide a measure of security for their customers.I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
