Lucky — Local services in Livermore

I give the deli a poor review because of Terrible service and rude workers. The Blonde 👱‍♀️ haired lady was so rude with service she was trying to rush the customers orders and she gave everyone attitude, when customers would ask her the simplest a reasonable question , like about “ Prices on certain foods in the hot case”?, “what’s on sale this week”? She looked like she didn’t want to be there and do her job, attending the customers. I know deli is tough and it’s not easy work. But could we just fix this problem. I don’t want to leave to another store to shop, I really like Luckys I’m a regular. It’s usually ok every other day. But just not when she’s working there. I like to add my family was just in the store yesterday, picking our hot food from the case. I believe the lady’s name was “Amber”. She was very rude and didn’t want to help us. She glanced over at us and walked back into the deli kitchen. This is not the first time dealing with this lady in the rude way she serves us and other customers. Please...

My husband and I were looking for a good grocery store in or near our area. After shopping Safeway several times, "eh", and trying Ralphs, which was freezing throughout the whole store and they tout that Peets Coffee is brewed there, we found that they only make one thermos of the coffee and only regular, no decaf, I was very disappointed. Neither store had all the items we usually buy. We tried Lucky, and we were (lucky). They have everything we usually buy and we really like the layout of the store. It's great to see that all the food items are on one side and the drug store items on the other. It's so much easier to shop this way. The store is clean. Produce and meats are fresh, as was the fish we purchased. I did a price comparison between Safeway and Lucky and as some items are higher in one store, other items were lower it all came out even. Went in to get their Fried Chicken for Dad and their Chicken Tenders and Potato Wedges for Mom. I called in to ask them to drop in a fresh batch of chicken, it only takes 15 minutes! (I always call in ahead of time for their 8 pc & the wings. I love the Salt & Vinegar ones @ the Holmes location)! Well, the lady told me that they had just dropped a batch and that they would be ready when I got there. Dad was happy, Mom was happy; so I am happy! Before I left, I saw "Smitten" varietal apples. I had never tried them. The Produce guy went and cut up on for me to try! Wow, great Customer service. They were yummy and I bought some. The store is clean, the people are nice, the shelves are lined up and the produce is fresh. (Oh, and the Meat & Fish Dept is great too. No fishy smell). I recommend...
