We came in, no one greeted us- we greeted them, it was a bit awkward. I generally like to find low carb and low calorie options for smoothies. The worker didn’t give me any recommendations or suggestions on substitutions. We ordered a small mega mango & a small Greens and ginger. 2 workers had a few orders ahead, but not sure why 3-4 of us customers were waiting 30 MINUTES to get our smoothies. The workers never communicated or delegated anything to each other, we all just sat there for a long time waiting for orders. I asked the difference between two drinks as I don’t come to Jamba often. This was obviously too much to ask as she snapped back with a sarcastic response. She cut me off multiple times during my order and when I asked about a neighbor discount she scoffed and had to ask another employee. She didn’t even put the name on my order correct so when my order was up I had no clue. She then gave me a hard time for asking for two packets of mustard for my pretzel because apparently only one from my order qualifies for a single packet of mustard.
