If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My office constantly orders from this location for delivery and it is always extremely late or wrong or cold. Today I placed an order at 11:38 am with a delivery time between 12:08-12:18 p.m. I received a text saying that my order was on it's way at 11:57 am. It is currently 12:50 pm and I still do not have my food.
I called and spoke to a manager who informed me that the delivery driver said there was an issue and my info was erased se he didnt know where to go or how to contact me.
Fine.
But as a manager, when your driver tells you that and brings back my food that was never delivered as basic courtesy you CALL the customer to explain and apologize at the very least, if not also offering to make amends. No one ever called me to tell me know what happened and when I asked for it to get delivered again I was told they'd have to remake the whole order and could get it to me but it may take about an hour because they're busy! I already waited an hour for lunch that never came.
Take your money and your business somewhere else. These people are inconsiderate and poorly run...

Well, then I tried your drive thru, but the lawn company was making too much noise for me to order. So then, I went to Target to buy a mask, couldn't find them. Then, I went back and ordered drive thru, since the lawn crew had left.
Any company that makes a customer jump through these hoops to get food, doesn't deserve my business, or anyone else's for that matter. I ordered a sandwich and was told they were out of the bread they use for it and it would need to be substituted (no problem). I also ordered soup for my fiance and an extra baguette so that I would have 2. She said no problem, I paid, and waited off to the side (roughly 15 minute wait).
I get my food and am told that they ran out of baguettes but I got the last ones. In a hurry, I said thanks and grabbed my food and left. Getting home I see that they replaced the extra baguette with a bag of chips... not something I would have paid extra for if I had known. Shame on me for not inspecting the order before walking away. 2 stars out of sheer pity for this whole restaurant. Never heard of Panera running out of...
